How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Where the pool was it didn’t really get much sun meaning the pool was freezing :/
The room was a great size, no balcony but I think it said that when booking. Loads of sun loungers to choose from. Literally a 20 min walk from split old town, 10 min walk from the beach, little bar right next door. The hot tub on the top balcony was great, always in the sun so was a lovely temperature. Air con in the room was a godsend. The staff would ask us daily if we needed anything extra for the room. Mini fridge in the room.

Nothing bad to say!
The owner and Dennis the owner was so kind and helpful and attentive. You couldn’t ask for a better location with a quality pizza place right the circle and 15 minute walk to the beach and 20 minutes walk to the Riva boardwalk and if you don’t have a car the 5-6 Euro Uber ride is an easy trip. The complimentary coffee in the cafe and welcome drinks was just what we needed for the trip. The bartenders Bruno and Luka were also very kind and took care of us each time we visited the cafe. A quiet, beautiful clean apartment and would recommend it to any traveler or solo traveller! We will be back again!

Plenty of street parking. Safe area, not too busy but walking distance to Old Town.. 10 min walking distance to a Trstenik Beach, which expands onto the newly made super fancy and fun Split boardwalk. Adjacent coffee shop w complimentary welcome drink Hvala 🤗 Welcoming entrance, awesome private sundeck and pool, cool rooftop deck and Jacuzzi with plenty space to lounge w ocean view. Rooms were nice, AC was already on and it was much appreciated since it was close to 40°C that day. Very modern with everything that we needed, super comfy soft bed. And most importantly super welcoming and accommodating.owner and staff. We got locked out and he was there in a minute, I had a question about the ferry and the front desk staff was super helpful and placed a call on my behalf. We already checked out but my boys wanted to watch a soccer game so the owner asked the coffee staff to set it up for us to watch. As a rental owner myself, I really do appreciate the attentiveness. It goes a long way and makes a stay so much more enjoyable. Puno vam hvala na gostoprimstvu. Uskoro ću se vratiti.

Jacuzzi on sundeck broken. Swimming pool very small, limited lounging area which was usually during best hours fully occupied, surrounded by high walls and buildings. This can however be seen from hotel pictures and should not come as a surprise. Besides, there beautiful beaches all around Split, especially north of Split, which is where one should be enjoying the sun and water. Also, good to be aware, if you are an early riser, the owners also run a café bar downstairs which will likely keep you awake until it closes at midnight.
Clean and comfortable room, very good walk in shower Easy and helpful communication with the hotel Nearby beaches. Nice sundeck (with a broke jacuzzi) Due to the ease of getting a Bolt or Uber, a great base for excursions into the Split´s old city or beautiful surroundings and beaches

A bit of noise late at night from a neighbouring room.
Katja was extremely helpful and friendly. The accommodation was great, clean, air con worked well, facilities were great.

The location is like 10 minutes from the old town by bus. I usually took a cab which costed 5 euros per trip to old town. It was manageable for me as the pool compensated the location .
It has a very nice swimming pool and a hot tub on terrace . Terrace has nice sea view. There’s a very nice music bar nearby. The room was spacious and we had 2 tvs in the room , fridge and a kettle. Staff were really friendly and cooperative . Also the property is close to 2 beaches and Bacvice beach is 15 mins walk from the property.

+ The facility exceeded all expectations. In addition to the perfect location and above-average clean room, it offers a beautiful terrace with a jacuzzi and an outdoor pool. All praise to the friendly staff and warm recommendations for this facility. 😉
