Everything was wonderful but if you are visiting from america the unit & bathroom might seem little small. however, one should know that in Croatia most units and apartments are smaller compared to America. Compared to croatia standards they are good size units.

We loved our stay at this place. Mario and his wife Maja are excellent host. They make you feel like you are visiting family in croatia rather than booking their place. This is the first property where the unit was filled with everything you can think of. You will be surprised at the attentiveness of the host in making sure every need is met. We are grateful for their hospitality throughout our stay.

Wow, just wow. Mario and Maja have thought of everything in this apartment. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in such a well-equipped place. Everything from breakfast items in the fridge to rucksacks, beach matts, snorkel and flippers - all the things you might need for a city and beach break. The apartment is 15 minutes’ walk into the old town and easily accessible from the airport and to head off for day trips. Mario provided a fabulous list of places to visit and restaurants to try. We ate at Konoba Otprilike Ovako on our first night - excellent Dalmatian platter and fish stew - a superb recommendation. Mario goes out of his way to ensure guests have a wonderful, relaxing time in Split. Nothing is too much of a problem, even when we had a minor emergency with the keys. Thank you so much for looking after us and making us feel so welcome.

Everything!!! Mario was incredible, he went above & beyond for our stay. The apartment is stunning 😍 and has EVERYTHING provided, food wine toiletries games. Mario (the host) has clearly thought of every minor detail that can make your stay at this property a smooth, enjoyable experience. He made sure to greet us on arrival, and meet us before we left as well as being on hand during our stay through whatsapp message to provide us with great tips and advice for exploring the area. As we expressed interest in a particular boat trip, Mario was able to recommend a reliable company and even booked this for us. The location of the property is great for exploring Split and the local area, as well as other towns nearby. Overall we had a faultless stay and would recommend this property to friends and family in future.

Our stay at Pinnacle apartment was absolutely amazing. Mario was so helpful (and continuous to be so well after the date of our stay). He gave us so many tips. Aside from this the apartment itself is super well equipped. If you can think of something you need, it probably is available there. The parking was also super handy and easy.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay. Mario is a truly outstanding host — incredibly generous, thoughtful, and helpful from start to finish. The apartment is not only beautiful but also stocked beyond what we’ve ever experienced anywhere else. The kitchen had everything — from a full set of quality cookware and tableware to pantry basics and more: spices, oil, vinegar, cereal, hot chocolate, a wide selection of teas... and honestly, so much more than we can even list. The bathroom was just as impressive, with plenty of towels, soaps, hygiene products, a hairdryer, cotton pads, and more. Mario also provided beach towels, beach shoes, picnic and beach mats, backpacks — really everything we could have possibly needed and even things we didn’t expect. What amazed us most was that he had thoughtfully bought breakfast items for our first morning and stocked the fridge before our arrival. There were fresh croissants, bread, butter, jam, honey, cheese, ham, eggs, milk, yogurts, various fruits — a full breakfast waiting for us, which made us feel instantly cared for. And believe it or not, there was even more than we’re listing here — every little detail was covered. This wasn’t just a well-equipped apartment — it was a truly welcoming experience. One of the best rental apartments I've ever stayed in! Mario is the perfect host – he welcomed us outside, helped with our suitcases, and made us feel incredibly welcome. The apartment is spotless, super comfortable, and amazingly organized (the most organized I've ever seen while traveling!). It truly has everything you could need, just like home. Plus, it's only a 15-minute walk to Split's beautiful Old Town. Highly recommended

Staying here was truly a heartwarming experience. The host treated us like family and friend, and we were lucky to be their 100th guest! Everything about the room was perfect — spotlessly clean, with a well-equipped kitchen, thoughtful furnishings, a relaxing balcony, and a peaceful neighborhood. Our host is a true all-rounder — a talented designer, furniture maker, beekeeper, and vineyard grower. On top of that, he prepared breakfast, fresh fruit, and even snacks for movie nights. Everything was more thoughtful than we could have ever imagined. The host was also incredibly considerate of our schedule and did everything possible to help, just like a close friend or family member. This stay felt like home in the best possible way. We’ll always remember it with gratitude.

This beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean apartment is just 5-10min walk to the Old Town and 1min walk to Poljud Stadium (home to HNK Hajduk Split). It has a great balcony overlooking a nice little park the locals use to play boce and walk their dogs. The hosts go out of their way to make sure you have everything for your stay - provisions and all of the local intel you need suited to your trip. Extremely kind people and very proud to have you stay.

Very clean and comfortable and has everything you need on vacation. Mario was great in providing help on our arrival with instructions and assistance. I can't think of anything that could be improved!

The apartment is really comfortable and amazingly well equipped with everything you could need. Breakfast supplies were provided including Mario's own honey and fig jam which were delicious. Mario was so welcoming and helpful and is a great ambassador for his lovely city.

Nothing the experience was brilliant and Mario was just so friendly, helpful and a truly warm and welcoming host. My wife and I were so Happy here. Mario had also purchased some food for breakfast along with fruit and cheese and ham which was so kind. He even drove us to the airport at the end of our stay! Lovely apartment and truly excellent host thank you!!

The apartment was full of great new gadgets such as large tv , Netflix etc, phone , tablet chargers, full kitchen including large fridge/freezer, oven, hob all new equipment, lovely bathroom and cosy bedroom with a safe! The area was great and safe. Just 13 minute walk into town which was so handy.

Outstanding apartment, everything you could possibly need - really nicely kitted out. Good location, bikes meant it was really easy to get to the local beaches about 2miles away. The host Mario was super helpful and gave us lifts to the airport & from the ferry too!

It’s a real home away from home. The apartment was so clean, the facilities were new and modern, you have everything in the apartment, even kids toys! The apartment is located in the city center, it’s 10 minutes walk distance from the old town, you also have supermarket nearby. The host Mario is super super nice and helpful, he helped us to book the rafting, helped us to check the ferry schedule, picked us from the bus stop, drove us to the port. He did everything he could imagine!

The apartment itself, coupled with the hospitality of Mario, made it the perfect stay in Split. Nothing we didn't like.

Mario was a perfect sweetest host in every way imaginable and possible. He extended every courtesy, and because he currently lives extremely nearby, any assistance was near immediate. Upon arrival, we found to our absoute surprise a fridge full of supplies, including drinks, milk, and breakfast for the next day already fully prepared. The ice-creams in the freezer department, also provided, were absoutely welcome in the brutal summer heat! Mario also likes his gadgets, so we found his digital toaster, digital kettle, and 10-bay neat charging station such a welcome touch! We found ourselves constantly saying, we've got to write a 10-star review for Mario, and here it is.
