The whole experience was just perfect. The room was big, comfortably furnished and perfectly clean. We had dinner at the restaurant, which was also amazing. And the breakfast on the restaurant balcony on a warm summer morning was the perfect way to start the day.

The air conditioner in the restaurant was set to a very low temperature. We had to grab cardigans from the room to feel comfortable.

Well maintained with beautiful rooms, great restaurant and friendly staff.

My only ask would be for the Choices at breakfast could be slightly wider eg fruit salad.

Everything was ok, bit would appreciate a warmer welcome, especially by the lady at breakfast e.g. warm smile, question "how was your stay"...

Location is perfect and restaurant in the hotel is so good. It was clean and the stuff is great.

Clean room and nice hotel

At the restaurant I asked to change the side (ratatouille) of my fish because there were eggplants and I am alergic. I told it twice to the waiter, saying I am alergic (I even said both eggplants and aubergines not knowing which one of the two words he knew). My plate arrives and at the beginning I didn’t see 2 slices of eggplant hidden under the zucchini. When I told the waiter there were eggplants he said “yes I know”. He did not excuse for the mistake and didn’t offer to bring me something different.

This is a very stylish and comfortable establishment, in a converted old building perched on a hill above the downtown Labin and five minutes walk to the old Labin on the hill. It is carefully designed and well maintained. The staff is helpful and kind. We had a truly excellent dinner at the hotel restaurant.

Somewhat smallish rooms and relatively small queen bed are probably due to the constraints of the building, but ou room had a nice terrace and a veranda like extension.
