Location and the facilities were exceptional. The host welcomed us into the property and showed us around the apartment. We had 3 beds and 2 large rooms. The kitchen was fantastic and fresh beach towels and bath towels. Only a 200m stroll to a beautiful beach. Outstanding apartment and location.

Amazing! The host and rental both exceeded our expectations. HOST: The host met us with the warmest hospitality upon arrival. She provided us with complimentary local foods and treats in the kitchen. It was a delightful surprise! Everything tasted wonderful. She is a Split local, so a perfect source of knowledge and advice about the area. She made check in smooth and easy! RENTAL APARTMENT: The apartment was spotless, very clean! It had everything we needed and all in mint condition. It is exactly as advertised and pictured. Do not hesitate to rent this apartment. If we go back to Split, we will rent here again.

The householder is a wonderful lady who would take really good care of all the guests. Every single detail is told before arrival and the apartment is well equipped and very clean. Parking is convenient and free. The view of the dinning room is spectacular. I would definitely stay here again!

Davorka, is the best host, very friendly, always available and such a wonderful person. The fridge was full of fruit, cheeses, drinks etc, which was very much appreciated. Thank you Davorka. The property was extremely clean and had everything required, over and above what we expected. It is very comfortable, nicely decorated with a lovely large balcony. The local beach is very close by as is a small supermarket. The city is further away, but ubers/bolts are very cheap. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent from Davorka again.

Everything in the apartment is great. The house is wonderful. We love it so much. It’s close to everything and if you’re not driving, you can always take Uber to the old town. The apartment is fully Equipped. We couldn’t be happier with the apartment, location and the host. I would recommend anyone who would like to split and also enjoying peace of quiet in the area

Host hospitality was beyond your imagination. She is so kind and generous and responsive. She is best host we ever had encountered thru our many years of travelling. This is a must stay apartment if you are in Split. Location is near beach if you like swimming and beautiful sunset view.

Very nice and modern flat, well decorated and fully equipped (incl. the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms). The apartment disposes of a large terrasse which we enjoyed very much given its a calm residential area. Big bonus for us was the parking spot in the garage, much appreciated during hot summer time. The location is not very central but easy to reach the city center (uber max cost up to 10€). Very easy access to the beach - less than 5min walk. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Host was very nice. Apartment was very clean, modern and had all the facilities. Underground parking was also included. Very nice place to stay. Apartment is with the code, so you don't need to worry about sharing keys with the friends.
