How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

Verified reviewLovely location on the coast with lots of activities for families, especially sports. Breakfast was superb, one of the best selections we’ve had. Main reception area is huge with very nice decor. We were not accommodated in main part of hotel which we were not made aware of, we were sent to Marina wing opposite but this was absolutely fine and I think the rooms were more modern there anyway, so we were happy.
Rear and sides of the main hotel look a little dated, they haven’t been renovated to same standard as front of hotel which is a shame as it makes it look dated when you view it from the pool area. But this is just a minor detail and didn’t spoil our overall experience. Pool area got very busy in August but loved the option to sit in shade on one of the many sunbeds under the tree canopies overlooking the sea, this area was well used by people.

Verified reviewThe beach cleaning was very poor. Trash cans are not emptied, and there is no daily general cleaning of the sun loungers and beach. There are too many jellyfish in the sea, making it very difficult to enter the water and swim.

Verified reviewLocation was lovely to be by the beach and with access to the centre with a 5 minute taxi. The beds were nice and comfortable.
We booked a deluxe room with a garden view. This wasn’t explained that it would be on the bottom floor with hardly a view of any sort of garden. The bathroom was completely different from the images online. Incredibly out dated with poor drainage on the shower. The room itself wasn’t particularly clean and once again seem dated with stained walls, curtains and only certain lights working. As for the staff, we found majority of them to be very blunt and rude with many of them seeming to not be bothered to talk to us. The lady on reception who dealt with the excursions was and exception to this. She was kind and helpful. As for the food it was mediocre at best, whilst there was a lot of selection I think it’s was also its downfall, clearly quantity over quality. Undercooked rice to over cooked meats, and the deserts were tasteless, clearly made by a supplier. Considering we paid for one of the top rooms and reading all the reviews before booking the hotel, I was rather disappointed with my stay here. Incredibly overpriced for what is was and definitely not a 4 star hotel.

August 2025 The hotel has been renovated, clean, modern interior design, the hotel complex is immersed in the green of exotic plants and trees. Everything was at the highest level. 10 out of 10 - friendly staff, they speak English and German at the reception, a luxurious view of the sea, perfect cleanliness both in the rooms and throughout the territory. Buffet table above all praises - for every taste. Entertainment program every evening. It would be an unforgettable vacation. We will definitely recommend to our friends. Verified reviewExcellent location, nice pool, not too crowded, especially in the early afternoon. The hotel offers an exceptional breakfast buffet with a large selection of food and drinks. We also enjoyed the pool bar, it also had numerous food options and good cocktails. We participated on some of the activities offered by the hotel
Our room had a garden view in the Marina wing, which was nice, but nights, usually until 22:30, it was pretty noisy from the nearby restaurant or the shows on the main square. If we were to come back we would definitely get a room with a sea view.

Our balcony was towards teraces of burger place or hotel, where was a lot of people. Clima in hotel- it was cold on hallway (too big outside and inside temperature difference).
