1. The bathroom in our room was not clean enough. The stained glass windows and the building’s roof were dirty. 2. There is little space in the breakfast area. 3. The swimming pool is small and only open until 6 PM. 4. In the morning, when we had to check out, the garage was flooded and we had to get our shoes completely wet to reach the car (though I believe this was an exception, since the garage overall looked well maintained, with no signs or smell indicating that this happens often). 5. A sunbed on the beach cost €12 per day in the area reserved for the hote 6. There should be more coffee machines – there were queues, and one of the machines was out of order. 7. Makarska is overpriced and crowdy( Islands are much better

The location is perfect! The instructions about parking and breakfast in were well written and clear. Breakfast was tasty. Both filter and machine coffee were introduced. We like garder much.

We spent our summer holiday at Hotel Park Makarska and had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect – right on the beach and promenade, yet still quiet enough for a relaxing stay. The view from the balcony over the sea and the Makarska Riviera was breathtaking, especially in the evenings. Our room was spacious, modern, very clean, and had a comfortable bed. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice and fresh ingredients. We also enjoyed the hotel’s pool and wellness facilities, which made our stay even more pleasant. Being so close to the town center and the seaside walk was ideal for both relaxation and romantic strolls. Overall, Hotel Park exceeded our expectations. It’s a great choice for couples, and we would definitely recommend it. We’ll be happy to come back again.

You need to pay extra 12 euros/day for parking, and during the dinner buffet, the drinks are not included. The beach was very crowded, and the swimming pool to small.

Great location, right on the beach with a 10 minute walk to the harbour. We arrived early at 10-00 knowing we would have a wait for check in , however the receptionist prioritised a cleaner and called us within an hour to say our room was ready. Only a two night stay but very satisfied .

The pool area is too small for the number of guests and the number of sunbeds is inadequate. The pool area was overcrowded.

We stayed in the Queen Suite, it was very spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the sea. The staff were kind and welcoming, and the buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel has direct access to the beach, and its location is excellent.

A last minute booking, the room was incredible; spacious, great view, extremely comfortable. Access direct on to the promenade with a beach bar, pizzeria, and the beach itself right outside.

We booked the Hotel Park Makarska at the last minute (4pm that day!) and were pleasantly surprised with what we got. The hotel is waterfront and our 4th floor rooms gave us an excellent view of the beach, the Adriatic, and distant Hvar & Brac islands. A wonderful location with the beach and many cafes, restaurants and bars within an short stroll from the hotel. The hotel staff were polite and helpful, breakfast was a comprehensive buffet, and the pool area inviting. The rooms were clean, comfortable and adequately sized. If we ever go back to Makaska, we would definitely stay here again

The only downside was the small parking area, but the hotel arranged parking about 10 minutes away and provided a ride back to the hotel. It was a bit inconvenient if you needed the car often, but overall, it was manageable.

The breakfast and dinner were delicious with a good variety of options. The beach was beautiful and just steps away, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. The staff were friendly and always ready to help, which made the experience even better.
