One small suggestion: mosquito nets on the windows would make the stay even more comfortable.

Villa Terezija is a great place to stay in Baška. The location is quiet and just a few minutes from the beach, with a large parking area available. The room was spotless and cleaned every day, and towels were replaced regularly. Breakfast was delicious and varied, with something for everyone, and we loved the self-service bar on the terrace for a relaxing drink. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this place. Definitely coming back next time we visit Krk!

The bed was really small for two and the mattress was uncomfortable, the room was really hot at night when the AC was not running(we are not comfortable running the AC while sleeping) so it was not actually their fault.

We didn't have warm water for a couple nights, the hair dryer was not working properly, the walls are thin so we could hear the neighbors.

The internet connection was not super fast, but definitely is on a normal level. If you want to work remotely from here (video calls and stuff), I would maybe recommend going to a cafe or something. This didn’t bother us at all.

A picturesque building with simple rooms inside. A charming breakfast terrace where you can also enjoy drinks and relax in the evening. The room is laconic, clean. The hosts are very friendly and speak German very well. The breakfast is rich and it tastes twice as good on the beautiful terrace. Our room was very clean but a little smaller than expected. The location is very quiet. Villa Terezija provides private parking spaces two minutes away. It takes five minutes to walk to the beach, 10 minutes to the "party mile" of Baska, and 20 minutes to the old town and the port. There are many wonderful hiking trails in the steeper, craggy hills left and right of Baska, we hiked there twice.

We booked a room without a balcony — please don’t make the same mistake! The room was dark, and we had to keep the lights on even during the day. Privacy was also an issue: the neighbor’s garden was very close to our windows, so if we opened them, they could see straight inside. The noise level was bad too. You can hear almost everything — louder noises from other rooms or even people just walking past. There was also no space in the room to dry towels; you have to do it outside. Another issue was the smell from the drainage system. I’m not sure if it was temporary or not, but it was really unpleasant during our stay. And finally, the bed… oh dear. We’re in our 30s, but after just 4 nights we both had back pain from how uncomfortable it was. Note to the owner: please, please invest in new beds!

I’ll start with the positives: the room was very clean, and the lady helping with breakfast was super nice and always smiling, which made mornings feel welcoming. A big plus is that they provide free beach umbrellas you can take with you — a small detail that really makes the beach experience much better. The location is also good: there’s a beach just a 5-minute walk away (though you need to arrive early to get a good spot). If you don’t mind a bit more walking, the main Baska beach is about 15 minutes away, and along the way you’ll find plenty of restaurants and bars right by the shore. The water there is crystal clear — really beautiful. Parking was also convenient, with enough space in a private area, which made things easier.
