The rooms were a little dated and the pillows were very soft. The bath towels were very rough.

We loved EVERYTHING about this property. I would not consider another place ever again. So clean, so beautiful, the property has the prettiest gardens WOW our room was an entire little house with lots of storage and everything we needed. Breakfast was over the top.

The hotel is in a quiet, comfortable location. It is close enough to Split city center, but yet at a peaceful distance to enjoy. There are restaurants and shops close to the hotel, not many but there are several options. Rooms are very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is really good. Madame and Mister are really kind and helpful. The pool is really clean, and the sea is just steps away from the hotel garden. I would totally visit this hotel again, especially when the weather is good but the season has not yet started so that it is not very crowded around!

Location lovely as regards seafront and scenery, however there was only one bar/restaurant open in the evenings in the locality. Several bars/restaurants shut However it's the end of September, so maybe understandable.

5*****Excellent. Everything was fantastic. Our room overlooking the pool and sea, was spotless, bed so comfy. Restaurants either side of the Villa, along the beachfront. Parking right on sight, away from the main road. Breakfast was great and plentiful. It was so safe to walk around at night. Beautiful garden. Cannot recommend highly enough.

The hotel is in a beautiful location, right on the seafront with the promenade being accessible from the garden. The garden is really pretty with lots of flowers and palms and olive trees plus plenty of sun loungers. The balcony of our apartment was very spacious and had a fantastic view over the garden and to the sea. Our room was very clean and spacious and we found the bed to be comfortable. The sunset from the beach next to the hotel was stunning! The breakfast is plentiful and tasty- a variety of cheese, ham, croissants, breads, yoghurt etc. We ate outside in the garden, the views of the sea. We only stayed for one night but would have happily stayed longer!

Lovey stay at the Villa Pitomcia, we arrived early in the morning and even though the room understandably wasn't ready for us, we left the luggage and were invited to use the facilities. Lovely family run hotel with beautiful gardens and views of the sea and evening sunsets. Great location for a stroll along the coastline to nearby bars and restaurants and also 2 supermarkets just across the road. Really relaxing atmosphere would highly recommend a stay here.

The breakfast could have been better, maybe having a buffet works best so each persins serves what they like. The cheese, hams, salamis etc were from a packet and were alittle hard on the edges so not so fresh. Serving fresh cheese from the region would have been so much better and more authentic.

We stayed in the apartment which was wonderful. It had a little kitchen, lounge and dining area. Very homely and perfect location right on the beach.

A restaurant on site would have been the icing on the cake.

Accommodation was spotless and included a kitchen which we were not expecting. Swimming pool was perfect with plenty of sunbeds and the beach (shingle) was just a couple of steps outside the back of the hotel. Hosts were very kind & helpful providing everything we needed. Beach bars & a restaurant were a short walk away. Loved it!

This place is perfect, I would return there running anytime, if I would have enough time and money to do so. It would be too long to list all the ways in which this place made me feel welcome and happy. Special thanks to the gentleman and lady who were preparing and serving breakfast and managing the place: they were fully efficient without being felt and seen. The cleanliness of this place was spotless, the garden amazing, and i dare anyone to beable to eat the full breakfast on offer: it is so large, no human can finish all that is served

What a perfect location! Right on the beach and close to a few restaurants and supermarket. Perfect for a quieter holiday, far enough away from busy Spilt, yet close enough to access it, when needed. Great base for couples. Stunning gardens and wonderful breakfasts!
