One of the best places we’ve stated at. A family-run hotel where everything is made to make you feel comfy as if at home. Super friendly and helping owners, nice breakfasts and dinners, cozy and clean rooms. The beach is literally 3 meters from the hotel, it is small and there are no people from the outside. In the evening there are comfy sitting sacks on the beach and you can spend time quietly enjoying a cocktail. Wifi is great and there’s a parking. The place is a 15 minutes drive from Split. A supermarket is at 3-min walking distance. Hope we will come again!

Very good breakfast(always everything fresh and fragrant) we also appreciated the offer of salàtas, pizza, meat board👌, all completely top. A small and cozy hotel by the sea with a charming terrace and a beautiful view from the room. It has everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The lovely family who runs the hotel does everything to make you feel welcome and ensure your stay is enjoyable. Everything is incredibly clean — the rooms, the common areas, everything is spotless. What a beautiful family run beachfront property with balcony. Our room was large and clean. Beautiful dining area with outdoor patio and access to beach. Breakfast is included with stay and you have the option to purchase dinner. The food was amazing and fresh! We had dinner one night and enjoyed a fresh grilled sea bass with risotto and fresh vegetables. It was amazing! Everyone we came in contact with greeted you with a smile and were very kind. There is parking on site. We would definitely recommend and hope to return again.

We weren’t aware that restaurant in the hotel is not really open for dinners or lunch. But there is plenty other restaurants in the area so no issues with finding places to eat out.

Excellent location and very clean room! Host also super helpful. Balcony with two chairs was extra. Nice place to chill out and forget about the reality.

Pansion Martin was a delight. Martina was an exceptional host, so welcoming and helpful, and the rest of the team were just as friendly. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they were always happy to offer recommendations for day trips, help with buses and just make sure we had everything we needed. Our balcony had a stunning view of the idyllic beach (it’s shingle, not sand - so a pair of jelly shoes is a good idea!) and the sparkling Adriatic Sea. Breakfast was delicious, with eggs cooked just the way you like them and plenty of choice to start the day. There are lots of lovely bars and restaurants along the waterfront to enjoy too, all just a short stroll away. We took the bus from practically outside the hotel to Omis (only 2 euros each) - a stunning town. The Krka waterfalls are also well worth a visit - absolutely majestic. And Split is just 10km away, or a quick and easy Uber ride for around 9–12 euros. All in all, a really lovely stay. Highly recommend - and we’ll definitely be back. Thanks again, Martina!

There were reconstruction on the beach. So a lot of noise and construction material. Not the fault of the hotel but something to consider if you plan to book in this areas

The only thing was that our room had a tree/road view and we did not have a place to dry our clothes (we just the shower/window for that) (but there are rooms with sea view and balconies, dont worry), but honestly, to get the sea view we just had to go to the terrace, so it is all okay, did not have a negative impact on our experience And just a general tip (not a disadvantage): bring crocs/water shoes/flip flops for the beach because it is not a sandy one, it consists out of those small rocks that hurt a bit to walk on barefoot ahahha

The hotel has a great location because while having a private beach area which takes 2 minutes to get to from your room by using the cute spiral staircase at the end of the terrace (where you can have breakfast (highly recommend to pay extra for it, worth it!)/lunch (very reasonably priced compared to the prices in the city, since the food is priced on the higher-side in general there I would say)/dinner with an incredible view of the sea), it also has some tables right in front of the beach and you get free access to the beach beds as guests of the hotel This place is perfect to have a chill weekend to take care of your mental&physical health and you can also explore the city center because a bus station that takes you there is just 3 minutes away by foot (it takes around 30 minutes by bus to get to the city, but you can also always just order an uber (they are not expensive at all there) and be there in quicker), so you can wake up, have a lovely breakfast and go on guided tours to kayak/paddle at night (44 euros), to see the national parks with waterfalls (15-45 euros), to got the the nearby island town Bol and so on (check the ferries schedule)! What is also worth mentioning is that it is a family owned business and everyone was so nice to us! They were always answering any concerns we had and honestly, it is the little things that make the experience and show you that the hosts care about you and we definitely felt it<3 If you are cold there is an AC there that has a heating mode, if you are cold you can use it to cool down, you also get daily cleaning as a nice bonus All in all, definitely would visit again! P.S. it is quite romantic, perfect for couples/honeymoon vacation (and there we were with my friend playing uno ahahah and jumping around in the water)
