We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

RomaniaAlthough the rooms were clean, they felt a bit dated. With some updates – such as replacing the carpets and a few small improvements – the space could look much fresher and more inviting.
We really enjoyed our stay in Stobreč – a quiet area with a relaxed vibe. Pluses: Great location: just a 2-minute walk from the beautiful Stobreč Jug beach. Everything you need is nearby – terraces, a convenient market, and a very good bakery just around the corner. Easy access to the Old Town of Split: only 15 minutes by Uber for about €9. Comfortable bed and good overall cleanliness. Friendly and helpful staff – they assisted us with the luggage and made check-in possible even at 10 PM.

The room was really clean and the staff was really nice and friendly. The hotel is really good located. The bus stop is just a few minutes away from the hotel, as well as the best beach. There are many shops and restaurants nearby.

The neighborhood is quiet but convenient where you can find restaurants, bakery and convenience store. The location is a bit far away from the old town but it’s okay as we drive our own.

United StatesEverything was wonderful. Breakfast is not served there, although it was conveniently located nearby. No complaints about anything at all.
The location overlooked the sea. And while it is a must that one follows GPS exactly, Luka was waiting outside for us, as we arrived after dark. The guest room was large, well lit and the balcony provided a lovely coffee spot to start the day. The restaurant attached to the Pansion was an excellent choice for our late dinner. They do permit smoking, so please take that into consideration if you choose to dine there. We had seafood that was prepared beautifully.. And their wine list paired well with our choices.

Very clean and modern and even though we were only there 2 nights we still had the towels changed. Bed was very comfortable. Lovely view too. Although we didn’t eat in the restaurant downstairs the menu looked fab and the smells wafting up even better! It seemed v popular too.

RomaniaThe location is a little far from the center of Split but it is easily reachable by car/bus, which is very close to the property (1-2 minute walk). The room was clean and looked like the pictures. We had everything we needed (clean towels, AC, a nice terrace with a view to the beach, shampoo/shower gel). The restaurant is nice too, the food is good and within the regular price ranges of Croatia. There is free private parking available. Nearby there is a cute bakery for takeaway coffee/baked goods that we enjoyed. The beach is close too, about 5 min by foot. We enjoyed it

United KingdomThere was a couple of issues with the plug sockets, for example, there was a kettle, but I had to put it on the floor to boil and the bedside lamps could not be plugged in
The property was absolutely spotless, it was cleaned every day and fresh towels were left for me. It is around 25 minutes on the bus into split, would that suit of me perfectly. The bus stop is literally round the corner and you can also get a number 60 from a stop on the main road bus to a place called Omiš which is absolutely fabulous. You can have a cruise along the canyon, or zip wire over it or raft down it!
