The kitchen is very simple and hard to cook your own meals. In our apartment, there was just two hobs, one of a decent size and one that was the smallest I'd ever seen. It gets expensive eating out every day so we had hoped to be able to cook meals at the apartment but settled for boiling pasta and making a salad to have with that. We would have liked a toaster at least if not providing an oven. The interior is dated and could do with a little modernisation.

Possibly the best view we've ever had from a balcony, it was stunning! The AC in the bedrooms was very quiet but very efficient so that was really appreciated during the heatwave in the middle of July. Beds were also comfortable so we slept well. The location is excellent, just a 10-15 minute walk from the centre of Lumbarda. We also walked to the sandy beaches Bilin Žal and Vela Przina with short stops at the Studenac market on the way. This was a total of approximately 40-45 minutes of walking from the apartment to either beach and we were walking slowly due to the heat (about 36-38 degrees). Would recommend Bilin Žal for those looking to swim and just play in the water and Vela Przina for those looking to rent jet skis etc.

Aircon doesn't work, tv doesn't work, fridge was rusted, only two chairs on terrace- there were 3 of us, sunshade was missing from the terrace, kitchen was dirty on arrival. After complaining to cleaning lady who was the only person on the property we did get extra chair and sunshade. I did write to owner about Aircon, they said someone will have a look but nothing happened during our stay.

Location is top, nice view on the bay, 10 min walk to center of Lumbarda.

The entire apartment was stinking of dog urine. We informed the owner and they were very arrogant on the phone. The smell was unbearable. They claimed the cleaning lady didnt tell them anything about the smell but after i confronted her personally she said she informed them. AC doesnt work at all a simple fan would do a better job. Apartment is very dirty dog hair all over the place. The urine smell came from the kitchen and it was worse than some public toilets. Our check-in was at 14:00 and by 14:40 we left because it was just so bad. They said we cant get our money back since we payed a whole month upfront( lession learned ) . I told the owner ( or his secretary ) my lawyer will get in touch with them and i filed a complaint to a tourist agency in Lumbarda. If you want headaches this is the perfect location for you.

Propert is very outdated and in need of some investment. Air conditioning barely works. Shower has extensive mould. Bathroom is very outdated. Bed is very hard and not comfortable. I woke with a sore back every morning. I think the television set outdates Croatia gaining it's independence (not important for me but speaks to the place needing modernisation). Minimal contact from hosts. Never met anyone in person. WIFI did not work.

Nice views across the bay. Air conditioning works (barely). 15 minute walk to Lumbarda town. Nice areas to swim near the property.

Probably the only thing is the lack of shade in the parking area. Other than that everything was great!

The Location is really nice, walking distance to the centre of Lumbarda and close to a lovely small harbour with a great restaurant. The owners are the nicest people, they welcomed us with an aperitivo with a handmade liquor and local products, and were always available if we needed anything. We had a small room but it was very comfortable with everything we needed. We spent a lovely week there and would highly recommend this place!

Bebić and Vesna were so welcoming and the most amazing hosts. Always there if we needed anything, bringing us treats or glasses of liquers, helping us with anything we wanted or needed. They also have bikes you can borrow and its a great place for bike riding. Location was excellent, quiet and with amazing seaviews, with the main village of Lumbarda just a short walk away.

The wifi did not work at all in my apartment, and I had three devices I was using. This was important as I had online work to do while there. Luckily I had family staying in another apartment upstairs and they were able to get some signal, so I would go and work at their place. However, it definitely needs mentioning, for those who require good working wifi it may be an issue.

The hosts are truly lovely, so warm and welcoming. Everyone is greeted with Bebic's own traditional brandy liqueurs and cured ham, and liqueurs were offered throughout the stay. They make you feel like family. The apartment was very clean and fresh towels offered every 2-3 days.

Vesna and Bebic were so wonderful. On arrival, I was given some of the local alcohol and an accompanying snack. The room was great with the most beautiful view. I woke up to see a spectacular sunrise. Bebic even gave me a lift back into Korcula Town on my final day.

We had a lovely time in Guest House Bebic. I can't imagine better hospitality. Owners did everything to make our holiday memorably. They took care of us like we were part of the family. Apartment was clean and it had everything we needed. The location is perfect for real relaxing holiday for those who need some peace. The sea in front of appartment is crystal clear.
