Climbing stairs is hard on my knees but that isn’t a big issue.

The room was beautiful! The bathroom was absolute perfection and it was a very comfortable stay. It was in the perfect area - walking distance to all of old town and the best sights / restaurants. Our contact, Toma, was wonderful and offered amazing recommendations that we took advantage of. He helped us with our bags upon arrival and even arranged a late checkout for us. He also let us store our bags as we had a later ferry. Would definitely recommend this property!!!

Great location on the Riva. Clean room a short walk to everything in town. Quiet. The building entrance may look run down, but the rooms are fully renovated. Would stay here again.

It was fantastic but some feedback: shower didn’t drain well and extra pillows should be provided in future.

Our stay at palms promenade was excellent. Easy to get to from the bus station and ferry. The view from the room overlooking the promenade was beautiful morning and night. Our host was there to meet us and very helpful. Soundproofing great. Could hear no noise from outside while windows were closed. Old city street behind. Very convenient to everything.

I have no complaints. It’s a contactless property where you’re given codes to enter. The off-site manager was quick with responses and I got right in. After, I come and go without worrying about keys or a card….just remember the codes. Quiet building in a busy location.

The hot water seemed to run out one evening and didn’t warm up the morning we left.

The entry to the Palms Promenade Apartments, looks sketchy -dark unlit entry off of the Riva, with graffitied pockets-marked tile walks, but once you enter the main entry door, things look better every flight of stairs (3) you go up. Everything looks a beautiful after the first flight if steps!

Karlo went to extra effort to meet us at a convenient place and escort us to our room. We came in late in the evening and he accommodated us well. Karlo also recommended some local restaurants he knew of within a short distance of the apartment , all which were excellent! He made us look like the “Split” expert traveler of our group -very cool guy!!

The quality of the room. It oozed class. The assistance given to us by Toma. His communication with us was first class. The location was brilliant - right in the centre of all the action.

To arrive in the rooms, there are 66 steps of stairs, and with all the luggage, It Is not ideal. We asked for extra-pillows, but they didn't have them. There Is no breakfast and no reception in the building. For the price, you should get something better.

The rooms are in the city centre, and you have an Amazing seawiew.(If you pay for a seawiew room) The rooms are very clean and beautiful, and the beds are very comfortable.

Not much space to open our bags. Wifi was very problematic. Hairdryer in the bathroom is a struggle when you are sharing a bathroom. it was third floor so many steps, I wouldn't have managed to carry my bag up and down if I were on my own.

Excellent location on the promenade in walking distance to everything, close to great bars and cafes. Good bathroom. Shutters on windows were great. Little noise in the room
