The hotel room was very clean and so spacious. Rooftop pool is very nice. Srebreno port is beautiful and very easy to take a boat for Dubrovnik.

- a wider selection at breakfast would be great! We had the same stuff each morning for 4 days which got a little discouraging (although it was nice!)

- if we were occupying the room in the morning, they would come and clean by the time we were back in the evening which was really handy! - very clean, modern, SOOOO spacious! - Luxury for a decent price - amazing location, Srebreno is beautiful our favourite place in Croatia !

The only inconvenience is the street noise

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel truly welcome from the moment I arrived. The apartment was spacious and spotless, featuring a large balcony. The facilities were top-notch and equipped with the latest technology, ensuring a comfortable and convenient experience. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, offering a great variety to start the day perfectly. Plus, the hotel is just a short walk from the beach, which was a huge bonus. When we first arrived, we were a little worried as the hotel is on a busy junction. However, the location wasn't a problem at all as the suites are soundproof and we didn't hear the road at all.

The staff were really helpful & friendly, the morning coffee was excellent and the rooftop pool and gym were in tip-top condition and always empty. There's a shopping centre with supermarket directly opposite which was great for topping up on supplies, and Srebrino bay with it's boat connections into Dubrovnik or across to Cavtat was really handy. Best bit was the beach club at Val di Brino - definitely worth booking into if you fancy a chilling day by the beach on comfy loungers with good food, music & drinks.

A real hidden gem. The hotel's staff are exceptional - warm, polite and very helpful. The property is modern and built to a high standard. The location is also great - a two minute stroll to the beach and a seemingly endless coastline. The airport is also close by at only a 15 to 20 minute drive. Breakfast did not disappoint - great coffee, freshly made eggs (scrambled, omelette - as you wish) and perfect pancakes. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Breakfast is great but some of the buffet item get cold quickly, for example there was a lot of fried eggs but since they had been made for a while they were cold (the scrambled eggs made up for it)

Clean big room, lovely helpful staff, very comfortable bed, nice fun pool on the rooftop (although a little cold but appreciated to wake up in the morning). Bus 10 gets you to Dubrovnik every 30 minutes and is right accross the street. And if you get to try it Pista and Pazza is a very tasty restaurant.

The kitchen has everything, except some pots. You can’t really cook anything. Seems like it’s there more for show. Obviously I was not planning to cook anything complex, but would have been nice to have this option. Coffee is bad, first I thought it was tea. The same coffee you get in the room the same is in the breakfast area. We could not figure out how the ac works, it was always a bit too cold, and we could not manage to take it down a notch, we just had to close it.

We had the nice pleasure to see we got a one bedroom apartment, which is beautifully decorated, modern, has two baths, an open floor living room with dining, kitchen, a small desk area. So super super nice room. I was under the impression I reserved a superior room, but anyway. Breakfast is super good quality but lacks diversity, only the meats or cheeses were a little bit different. If your stay for a few days it’s perfect, if your stay a week or more, might get a bit boring. Very clean everywhere in the hotel, rooms, cleaning done daily, changing of towel, the room has slipper, robes and everything you need, extra pillows, blanket. We specifically requested a room with garden view away from the main road to be more quiet. We got a corner room that had one side being a little bit to the road. In the daytime you could hear some cars but it wasn’t very disturbing. In the night it was pretty quiet. There is a nice pool at the top, we didn’t really manage to go there because it has a closing time at 7 or 8 in the evening. Very close to shops, mall and beach. Parking was free and they offered us two small bottle of water for the road, which was really nice.

The staff were excellent, especially Sara and Catarina at reception. They were so accommodating for any requests/ questions we had during our stay. It was extremely clean and great location.

Poor service for dinner in the restaurant. Pizza-eaters seemed to get preference over the others.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was large and clean. The staff was very polite and helpful. Breakfast was good. Wifi was fine. The hotel is a short bus ride from the old city and we were given clear instructions.

NOTHING! Favorite hotel in Croatia

Everything went well. Small hotel convenient to the airport and a small mall with grocery store and H&M. on a somewhat busy street but so very well built, very quiet, modern, thoughtful, décor. example, built in night lights in the bathroom. My partner is very selective about her croissants. After 10 days of trying many bakeries in various Croatian sites, she rated these the best (not to mention homemade, fig, strawberry and apricot jam).

Nothing whatsoever

We were upgraded to a 2 room suite which was supremely comfortable. The breakfasts were excellent. The staff was super helpful in all questions. The location is super with the beach 2000 feet away and a super supermarket across the street in a good shopping mall. The immediate beach was a little too busy for us but a short work over a mall hill to the north is a beach with abandon hotels was so good and comfortable. Overall, our visit to Dubrovnik was made wonderful by Hotel One Suite. We give a good thanks!!!

Very handy to the beach, restaurants, bus to Dubrovnik and airport. The hotel restaurant did a good breakfast and we also had pizzas at night which were great. The person who checked us in was very helpful and was able to let us into the room early.
