I find it weird that they wanted to keep my passport, because they do checking later, after we insisted they do check in immediately was not a problem however we were lough out for not wanting to leave our documents. Breakfast has ver limited vegetarian/ vegan option.

The hotel is located next to sea, however to the nice beach you need to walk about 1,2km. Room was okay, however it's very old, the bathroom was nice and renovated.

Information card in room forbid clothes washing in room and stated a laundry service was available. When asked at reception this was not possible. Nearest laundromat 30k.

Place is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The renewed corridors and stairs have slippery tiles. The top and bottom step of the stairs are different height from the middle ones. Elevator is very noisy and in bad shape. Bathroom need complete renovation - shower cabin door stuck and at two instances fell off. Trash bins do not contain bags.

Staff was very kind, helpful and giving its best effort. Parking is just perfect. Same goes for the location - shop, restaurants and sea are very close.

Kettle in the room would be great addition and maybe more variety for breakfast such as more fresh veggies (there were only tomatoes), grilled veggies and more fruits options.

Hotel Omorika exceeded our expectations, room was big, comfy and recently renovated (we stayed in room 201 in main building). There is an elevator in main building which is a big plus if you have a heavy luggage. In restaurant they are serving buffet breakfast and dinner (we just had breakfast which was delicious, coffee is excellent!). Hotel has a parking included in price and we easily found the parking spot. Also, it is close to the sea (1-2 minutes walk) and there is a huge supermarket nearby where you can buy cooked food for cheap price. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

No coffee facility in the room.

Good location large room and great shower. Close to the water and short walk to to several restaurants. Supermarket right across the road. Very quiet as we went in April, so practically had the place to ourselves. Great spot.

There is a very little clothes rack for drying clothes (under the windows), and there aren't any pins, so the wet clothes fall down outside. The wall fixed hair dryer next to the sink was broken, although they fixed it in a short time, they should inspect these on the regular. It is dangerous, if the hair dryer falls down into the wet sink. On the first night the dinner was't very good. The rest of the dinners were ok.

It is very close to the beach. Nice area. Recommend for shorter trips. Private parking lot (although not shaded). The breakfast is pretty good, although it is the same everyday.

It urgently needs a complete renovation. Considering the price, there were cobwebs and spiders in several places in the room that the cleaning staff had not removed. Even though we had a baby, not once during our stay did any of the breakfast staff ask if we needed a high chair, despite the fact that three of them were just standing around not knowing what to do. We also asked if it was possible to get a fried egg, but unfortunately, that wasn’t an option. Of course, that would apparently be too big of a project for the chef.

The hotel has a good location, but that’s about it.

There’s nothing worse than sacrificing precious breakfast time for a few extra minutes of sleep. Make sure to get up early enough to enjoy longer breakfast :D

I really loved how this hotel is perfectly situated near the sea, local events, and my favorite fast food spot. It was great to see that the old reviews are no longer reflective of what the hotel offers today. A huge bonus was the lovely terrace, where we could relax and enjoy a cigarette in peace, such a thoughtful touch!

The hotel is very nice and well equipped, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff is extremely friendly and the food is excellent. The facility is located in an excellent location near the sea and the promenade.

The hotel has not been renovated for many years. All equipment in the room including furnitures were pretty old-fashioned. Our room was very dark, with very limited sunshine coming from one small window. As a whole, the price is extremely high for what you receive.

Location is really very good, very close to the main beaches in Punat, only 5-10 mins walk. The breakfast was also good, and the staff was really friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, these are the only positives I can think about.

It's been very cold. At first, there was no warm water, which I mentioned and they came in the room and opened some valve in a locked cabinet, which solved that problem, but water was then leaking from that cabinet, so there was some water on the floor of the apartment... Judging by the state of that cabinet (water damage), the problem must've existed for a while. Floor was ice cold. A/C can be used for heating, but it did a pretty poor job and I was very cold during the night. No minibar.
