In our room the water was leaking from the shower, but maybe was a temporary thing 🙏

The room and the place was just everything we needed, it was modern, clean, it had good service, quality of towels, mattress and location. We enjoyed very much our stay and we’ll come back again for sure. Also to try the jacuzzi cause we didn’t managed 🥲

We had a great stay in this facility, The staff were so friendly and helpful. Everything is brand new within the room, and the room was very comfortable. Balcony was great. Location was very convenient, only 2 minutes walk to Rebuplica Square. Excellent!

No bin in the room, as the rooms do not get cleaned the small bin in the bathroom fills up very quickly.

Minor point, but the shower leaked out under the shower door which just meant that the towels got very wet trying to mop it up.

The location was amazing! Very close to everything in Split but just outside of the noisy busy area. The room was spacious, and clean, with a large bed. Having a fridge was really helpful, and a nice touch to provide a bottle of water for when you arrive. Detailed instructions provided over WhatsApp to find the property.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

Perfect, the room we had with a balcony was fabulous. Everything was newly renovated the room was spacious and every attention to detail was covered, the bed was super comfy and large. The bathroom had ritual toiletries, a fabulous rainfall shower, hairdryer everything you need. The location was great 5 mins walk to the main area of split and the sea front. Really quiet area. When making the booking there was clear communication for arriving and departing and they also went out of their way to help with our queries and questions .

I can’t recommend Olea Luxury Rooms enough — not only for the beautiful, modern rooms and perfect location, but for the truly exceptional care and support I received from the host. On my very first day in Split, I lost both my phone and all of my credit cards. It was an incredibly stressful situation, but the host went above and beyond to help me. They literally set aside their entire day to assist — helping me get in touch with my family so I could receive a money transfer, guiding me to a Western Union to collect the funds, and even helping me purchase a new phone and a Croatian SIM card. They also kindly provided me with food and water when I had no access to anything myself. Without their help, I honestly don't know how I would have managed. Their kindness, patience, and willingness to go out of their way for a guest is something I’ll never forget. On top of that, the room was immaculate, stylish, and very comfortable. The location is ideal — just a short walk to the old town, yet peaceful and quiet at night. Everything from the bed to the amenities and WiFi was top-notch. A huge thank you to the team at Olea Luxury Rooms. You didn’t just host me — you rescued my trip. I will absolutely return, and I’m deeply grateful for everything you did.

The property was fantastic and in a great location just a few minutes walk from the old town. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable and spacious. We used the transfer from the airport as we flew in late and it was a great we were met at the airport terminal and brought right around the corner from the property. Great service.

Everything was just perfect

Woow!!!!! What a place! Brand new rooms with spa zone, just 2 minutes walk from Dioklecian's palace. Our host's Andrea and Ivana was just amaizing and helpfull. They told us all important things about the city. Rooms and spa zone was very clean. We will definitely come back. Highly recommendation for this object!!
