The apartment is in the middle of the old town, above the main strip filled with fantastic restaurants. Despite the central location, the double-glazed windows blocked out all the noise, making it peaceful and quiet when we wanted to relax. The view was truly breathtaking - beautiful blue ocean. The apartment itself is spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything you need, including reliable wifi. The host very responsive and welcoming. She met us at the port to show us the apartment, and even left some delicious homemade cookies.

Amazing view, spotless, and spacious space. Host was so kind and so accommodating. I don't think we could've picked a better place to stay. The rating of 9.9 is misleading - should be 10 if not 11!

This apartment was excellent! Everything was clean and comfortable, and the check-in process was easy. Communication with the host was a breeze, and the location of the apartment is incredible. The parking was great, and in a nearby lot which was a bonus.

The apartment was exceptional. Best view in Korcula!!! Very clean & comfortable. Iva & her husband were very helpful when our boat got canceled they got us rescheduled. They went over & above to help us! Great value & very warm and friendly place. We loved our stay. Thanks Iva will come again.

M&M apartment is not only very modern, but has everything you want and more. The view is amazing over the sea. The apartment is clean and spacious and is situated in a perfect place in the Old Town. Iva is an amazing host who is very friendly and very helpful...she even took me to the pharmacy. I will definitely stay there again.

Nothing. All was perfect!

We absolutely loved this apartment. The host was very welcoming and gave clear directions about how to access the key. She then later stopped by to be sure we had everything we needed. The unit is very modern, nicely furnished, and very clean. The kitchen was in wonderful shape, with a very comfortable bar and stools for sitting, as well as new, (or at least very well-kept!) stove-top, pots, pans, and hot water pot. (I note these things because I usually cook when travelling.) The bathroom/shower was also immaculately clean and spacious. The propery was quiet and located in the old town on the water. We could even hear the wonderful sounds of the waves and wind when we opened the windows. Most impressive were the two windows that opened up on views of the sea. We could have spent many hours sitting by these windows enjoying the view. (The sunrise was spectacular!) I wish we could have had more time there!

Great spot, fantastic view! Located next to everything old town. Loved the apartment, meticulously decorated and all the little things thought of. Most wonderful home made cookies. 5 star communication- hostess available with ferry timetables right from the get go, and stayed in touch all the way through, thank you 🙏 really enjoyed my time here, and loved opening the curtains to sunrise and the changing colours of the day over the gorgeous view. Thank you also for meeting me at the ferry and helping with my luggage 😊

Many steps to go to top floor which didn’t bother us, but could for some.

The smell from the bathroom pipes (no fault of the owners - just old piping and sewers). Also, we specifically looked for a one bedroom apartment which is what this listing says. But it’s a STUDIO - no separate bedroom. Tiny kitchen area, not really functional for cooking anything but soup or frying eggs. Minimal kitchen equipment.

Brightness, location, view. Lovely hostess/owner who greeted us and helped us with our suitcase up and down the 3 flights of stairs. She also supplied bathroom necessities, like schampoo and feminine hygiene articles.

Nothing it was perfect!

The apartment was absolutely perfect for a couple. Iva met us when we arrived and the apartment was spotless and stocked with goodies! The view is breathtaking and the sound of the sea serene. The apartment is perfectly equipped with everything you might need during your stay. Everything is new and functional. It is a wonderful base for exploring Korcula. Iva also got us a reservation at Konoba Marco Polo up the hill where we ate dinner two nights in a row because it was so good. There are also two grocery shops nearby. Everything is literally at the doorstep. The walk from the ferry took just three minutes. If you are visiting Korcula stop looking and stay here!!! We loved it!

We could not believe our good fortune to have picked this amazing apartment. The view is incredible! Everything was perfect from start to finish. Iva, our wonderful host, met us at the ferry and helped with our luggage. The apartment is spotlessly clean and beautifully renovated by Iva and her husband. The location is unbeatable, perched above our favorite pedestrian street along the sea wall.
