My friends and I stayed at this apartment for 5 days in July and had a truly wonderful experience. The apartment was spotlessly clean, cozy, and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as hygienic products and a well-stocked kitchen with condiments like oil, salt, sugar, honey, milk, butter, coffee, and tea. These small details made our stay extra comfortable and convenient. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, providing us with helpful local tips and even recommending a few must-see spots in the area, including some beautiful nearby beaches. The location was ideal—just a short walk from the Arena and close to many attractions, shops, restaurants, and bus stops. Despite being centrally located, the apartment was peaceful and quiet, which we loved. The host even offered us a ride to the airport at the end of our stay. It was a generous gesture that saved us the hassle of arranging an overpriced taxi for what is, in fact, a very short trip. The check-in process was smooth, and communication with the host was easy and responsive throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for more and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

The apartment is very clean, comfortable and super equipped with more than you need. Parking is in a courtyard right in front of the building. The owner is very prompt and helpful. I recommend it 100%.

We recently stayed at an accommodation in Pula, Croatia, and it was truly amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality. The location of the property is perfect for exploring Pula and surrounding area. The property is spacious fantastically equipped with dishwasher, washing machine,plenty of towels and a coffee machine with enough pods for your whole stay ! Mirko the owner is first class responding to any questions we had ,meeting us at arrival , giving tips for the local area and even gave us a lift to Rovinj and back as he was working there . Above and beyond as a host . I have no hesitation in recommending for a stay in Pula . Thank you Old Town apartment team

We really enjoyed our time in Pula at Mirko’s place. The apartment is fully equipped and has a great location. The view of the harbor and the sea is fantastic. There's also a secure parking spot. Mirko is a great host—always friendly and helpful. For us, his apartment is a clear recommendation for anyone staying in Pula.

Great location in the center - close to the fortress and amphitheater, restaurants, shops, etc. View from the windows of the port and cranes. Mirko is probably the best host we have ever had - helpful, communicative and smiling :) We even received a mini breakfast set as a welcome gift, which was very nice :) The apartment is new, large, well-equipped, the appliances are new and clean. The apartment is warm (we stayed in December), in addition to air conditioning in the living room, it also has heaters in the bedrooms. We had a fantastic stay, thank you again Mirko!

We had a fantastic 3 night stay at this property. It is really well laid out, has everything you need for a family, is really clean and a fantastic location! We were Lucky to have some October sun which was lovely. We explored the arena and pulq the first day, then we also drove to Rovinj for the day and also went to Brijuna national park. We have never been to Croatia before and this 3 day trip exceeded our expectations . The added bonus is the car parking space and the hosts go out their way to give you guidance and advice on what you can do in the area. We ate at the Jupiter restaurant two mins from the apartment and had an amazing pizza and tuna steak. Highly recommend this area and apartment for a family city break in October or any time of year!

The apartment is absolutely perfect: the very best location, everything is clean and well maintained, there is a large living room with fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds in the two bed rooms and a beautiful bathroom. We found the apartment to be very suitable for families: you can walk to all the restaurants and sights in the historic city center within 5 minutes, the apartment has a washing machine and dish washer; and the host is very helpful and kind.

Very comfortable apartment with nice view in great localisation. The kitchen is full equipped, with coffee machine (and capsules for it), dishwasher etc. There vere even some small packs of butter, cream cheese and jam in the fridge, the same as milk and water. Bathroom was also very clean with washing machine. But best of the best was Mirko, the owner. He is like a high class hotel Concierge. He was present during checking in and out, gave us recommendation about what to see and where to eat. And much more. He is very helpful.

Fantastic property, in a brilliant location for exploring all the key sights in Pula. Our host Mirko was amazingly welcoming providing hints and tips of local places to visit and eat. All the small details were taken care of, everything you could need in the property had already been thought about, easily my best stay in a long time.

The apartment was clean and well equipped. Mirko, the host was very kind and helpful. The location of the apartment is very good, it is in the old town, only one street from the main square, restaurants and shops. The parking was great, it’s located in a private yard. We had a decent view to the sea and port from the apartment.

Our amazing host Mirko met us, guided to parking spot and helped us with heavy luggage. Apartment is amazing- walked in on sunset in the big windows. Perfectly designed, everything is provided, clean, high ceilings, super convenient- all major attractions in walking distance. Old town charm - you HAVE to see it and experience for yourself. Market in the morning, beaches with short drive and arena in the evening with concerts, movies, restaurants. 5 stars!!!

The apartment located in the town center! All the attractions within 5-10 minutes walk! The apartment have a secure,private parking! The landlord is very friendly and helpfull! He do everything just you enjoy your stay as much as possible! The flat is newly renovated in a very high standard! This apartement is a best choice if you planning to visit Pula.

Perfect, clean comfortable and quiet accomodation for a family holiday. Great apartment located very close to to all attractions of Pula. Actually it is hard to understand how could the appartment be so calm and quiet whereas it is next to the best places!!! The super kind host Mirko is nicest service provider I met for a long time! Really great guy! He gave us nice recomendations about where to eat, which beach should we visit. The condo even had a parking spot included in the booking. We recommend staying at Mirko's Apartment.

The building entrance does have a mouldy smell but the apartment itself is spotless with no smell.

Location is top, above the old town area. Nicely decorated apartment in an old building with no lift (2nd floor).
