Parking was a bit inconvenient (parked in the car park around the corner, couple of minutes walk) and found the apartment a bit difficult to find

The apartment is on the basement level, it's quite difficult to make the bathroom dry after the shower, which makes the air in the apartment quite wet.

The apartment was nice and clean, the kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. The host was very helpful.

The apartment is located 10 minutes from the old town, so it's very convenient. It's roomy, comfy and perfect for anyone who wants to visit Zadar mainly on foot. We had no problems with parking, there was a space on the same alley just in front of the apartment

3 steps up to the bathroom and kitchenette was not good, especially when half asleep at night. With all the cement walls it took a long time to bring the temperature up to comfortable. The dampness odor did dissipate but only after keeping the window and door open for a while.

Location is great, host was good with directions and instructions for remote access. Nice big parking place close by. Bed is comfortable.

It has the very bare basics. The door has glass which let's in light in the morning which wakes you up and doesn't give enough privacy.

I would love to have some hangers in the bathroom for the towels. Other than that, nothing to complain about. A little note: there are no cafes, restaurants or bars open late in the evening in the neighborhood - it’s better to eat/drink in the city center.

It was much further from the old town and beaches than we expected. It was clean but there were loads of Flies when we entered. We got rid of them and kept windows shut but when we returned later that day there was loads more.

The property was bigger than we expected. The bed was so comfortable and a big TV with Netflix was a great bonus. Nice to have a sofa and dining table also. Plenty of space for bags and clothes.

in a dodgy building and access directly from street that feel sense of insecurity. Carpark is directly outside your room door. Strange organisation of apartment that need to step down to go in and up to bathroom. Inadequate space for the landing at entrance and also to small bathroom. A bit stinky smell from bathroom as well. No place for toilet paper or clothes, the toilet paper is placed on the bin directly when we arrive.

Tidy apartment with all you need. Overall is tidy and clean, kitchenette with all essentials. Supermarket in less than 5 minutes walk. If you want to have baggage storage, there's one at supermarket (for not big baggage). Otherwise can go to the property agency at old town which takes 25 minutes walk.

No toilet paper, wifi didn't work, parking available but not at the property

We were only staying for a few hours, however it was an uncomfortable stay. There was no toilet paper, and we couldn't connect to the host in time. The wifi was also not working. We had lot of luggage so parking the car after a long day further away and carrying luggage was frustrating. Although it's better than most places in Zadar during the peak summer season. The bed was comfortable and kitchen had some coffee which was helpful. Overall stay was not great though.

The room is way too small and it felt like i was sleeping in a hole in the ground! You couldn't open the windows because everyone would see in the room, the wifi is nonexistant, hot water only for 1 person, the other one would wait at least an hour.

What breakfast? It was easy to check-in and there are a few grocery stores nearby. Thats about it

I arrived in the apartment, it was quite dirty, hair from everywhere the location I'm not telling you about it we wake up from 7 a.m. because of the daylight at the end of the 4th day we didn't have any more hot water also when I arrived in the apartment the air conditioning didn't work (it was 35º) I had to wait 3 days for it to change Very small bathroom and a lack of toilet paper and dishwashing liquid value for money honestly it's theft

It has a weird smell, it wasn't completely clean, tiny fridge, lack of space for hanging towels and leaving toilettries in the bathroom

It’s a bit more to beach and city centre than showed in booking. Or maybe we didn’t find a correct way or the nearest beach. AC didn’t work, but they made efforts to repair it. We are thankful for that, but I didn’t appreciate if the owner or guy who came to fix it, walked around in shoes and stepped on the bed also. Everything was a bit messy in the kitchen, weird smell in the apartment, which they tried to hide with freshener. It made it worse. Toilet is very small and wifi was rather slow. As told before, the apartment is located in the cellar of the big apartment house and parking is about 50 meters away.

Apartment looked nice, very modern living room. Comfortable bed and sofa is a bonus. Of course kitchen with the fridge is always handy if you stay longer. A fairly spacious room. Communication with the reservation office was easy and quick. Really simple booking and getting in to apartment. There is Kaufland over the road if you need anything.

The two main issues with this apartment are there are no curtains over the front door (which opens into the bedroom) making it very very light on a morning and the price, which for what you get is extortionate. For these 2 reasons alone, I'd recommend finding somewhere else to stay. The property itself was also tiny, much smaller than it looked in the photos. It would be fine for an overnight stop or a weekend away but was very cramped for a 5 day stay like ours. The room was mostly clean but the kitchen equipment was quite dirty on arrival.

Communication by the staff was good, the check in details were clear and easy to use. Location was ok, not the best, but fine for our needs. Air con was very good.

When we arrived we were overwhelmed by a smell of smoke, and then I connected to work through the WiFi and nothing would load. I message the property and they ignore my original concern about it so I had to use my hotspot. then the next morning we noticed not flat iron for clothes and we messaged the property and they responded with we will bring later in the day to which they didn’t. Then I again messaged about the WiFi to which they said it was reset and it still worked very poorly. On top of this there were tons of little flying bugs as well as dust on the floor and common areas which would indicate they do not clean very good there.

There is a kitchen with everything you need, and a bathroom with hot water.
