The slatted frame of the bed was not in the best condition, so one side of the bed was not comfortable

Nice apartment in one of the best corners of Split, The view to the square is really amazing. Although there are a lot of restaurants it is not noisy in the evening. Everything was clean and the communication with the owner was easy. Easy self check-in.

Everything about the apartment was great.

Ivana provided very clear instructions to find the apartment and access the key. We arrived later than expected so being able to collect the key - and not be stressed about our arrival time was helpful. The ongoing contact was excellent, including being able to lock the apartment and leave the key for departure. The apartment itself is fantastic. We absolutely loved the location.

The location was perfect, it was walking distance to everywhere. Ivana thought of everything a person would need when travelling and provided so many amenities at the property. The apartment was exceptionally clean and welcoming. We could not have asked for a better host.

Perfect location, right in the heart of the city, yet quiet enough to not be bothered by any of the nearby restaurants. Very spacious. Very kind host! We arrived VERY early and she made special effort to receive us and make space for our luggage whilst the room was cleaned.

Everything! Great location, yet surprisingly quiet. It was immaculate, very well appointed, with great communication and advice on where to go and some lovely little touches! Absolutely perfect!

The property was right in the middle of Old Town with a large window overlooking the square. Ivana the host was amazing with lots of tips about restaurants, sights etc. The photos don’t do the property justice it is much larger than portrayed. She left us wine, rakia and fruit. A fantastic place to stay, I reccomend it.

Beautifully appointed light bright spacious studio apartment with a pleasant view overlooking a square in the old town. Highly recommended for a stay in Split. Great communication from the owner and easy self check in. For anyone with mobility issues, as expected in the old town, the apartment is on the first floor and reached by one flight of stairs. It is situated in a bustling central area and some may prefer a quieter area but we enjoyed the vibrancy of the location.

1) cigarette smoking by hotel/restaurant staff in stairwell - so smell of cigarettes pervasive when come out of the apartment.

The large quantities of overflowing rubbish from the neighbouring hotel was accumulating in the alleyway right outside the front door to the building.

Stunning spacious studio apartment on the first floor, beautifully appointed with a gorgeous bathroom. Great location right on the town hall square. Generous welcome wine, fruit bowl etc.

NOTHING; the host had thought of everything and it was either new or nearly new.

The apartment was perfect; clean, stylish and spacious with a comfortable bed and every appliance you could want. It had a great view of the Old Square and was so convenient for popping out to restaurants in the evening. We met the host at 9.00 before check in and were able leave our luggage with her, to allow us to wander around the city. She transferred our luggage to the apartment and sent us details for picking up the keys. We were delighted with the apartment and having little touches like a bowl of fresh fruit and a bottle of sherry was a lovely touch. We would definitely recommend this accommodation.
