Very noisy with poor sound insulation of the door from the bar next door

Basically it's a bed with walls:) Which is okay, but if you have a suitcase, you'll probably have to put it on the bed like i did, cause there is no other place for it. Also the room is right near the bar. If you go to sleep before midnight, be ready to loud chatter from the crowd. After midnight - perfectly quite.

Cozy apartment in the very heart of Split, in the castle. Close to everything, easy to access. Clean and comfortable

Fortunately, I was alone as the room was quite small with juggling required to place luggage. Leoplds was noisy until midnight or 12:30. Some people would find the bells loud in the morning. I blocked the light from the window with a pillow. Stairs on the streets to the room but not horrendous for heavy bags.

Very helpful and responsive administrator/contact (self check-in so we never met) who sent deailed instructions with photos of how to get to the room and a list of recommended restaurants that my Croatian friend who lives in Trogir agreed with. Ground floor entrance. Sttractive toom eith dtonevwalls and wooden beam roof. Care was shown through small touches including electrical outlets and a fridge with milk provided and a kettle.Quite central in the Old Town. For some people, around the corner from Leopolds craft beer and can hear the church bells.

Very loud due to a loud bar being next door. The bar closed at midnight so could have been worse. Also very small room, more suited to a couple/ single person.

Gorgeous location, clean and well renovated room. Had lots of towels and toiletries plus a coffee making station!

Room very small. If for solo visitor (like myself) ideal. If a couple it would be very cramped. No storage space.

Location, once found, excellent. Room very well organised and styled. Shower excellent. Bed very comfortable.

The accommodation comprises of a small room with lovely ensuite. There is not much room for luggage, but you can make do over your stay for all the other benefits.

The room was newly renovated and modern. Its' proximity to the old city centre and the Riva was exceptional. Another benefit was that we could walk from the harbour after our cruise and then walk to the bus station to leave Split. Anja was always contactable through What's app. Recommended!

Two things to note with this apartment: because of its central location, there are two bars directly outside of the apartment. This results in a lot of noisy in the early hours of the morning to the point where you are unable to sleep. The second is that the apartment is quite small - perfect size for the two of us but not enough room for children or a third person I would say.

The location of the apartment is superb, you have quick access to the harbour and too all the attractions in the city. The apartment itself is beautifully furnished and clean. Anja was very helpful in providing us with recommendations for where to eat and which beaches were the best. We had a lovely stay.

Only con is that it is a bit smaller than expected but still perfect for 2 people.

The location was amazing and our host Anje was amazing. So welcoming and she gave us loads of tips about split and restaurant suggestions.

It's a small room and a small bathroom but you have everything you need and it's worth it for the location.

The location could not be better. Right in the middle of old town and very easy to find. Fantasic location for the price. You have a fridge and kettle. The A/C is good.

The location is absolutely perfect. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Very clear instructions with pictures and a video on how to find the property. “Cozy” is the best way to describe the apartment and it had everything I needed for a 3 night stay in Split. Highly recommend.

The noise from the bar nearby was a bit loud at night, but not too bad. It was very quiet in the morning though!

Very cosy little room with a big, comfortable bed. Clean, modern bathroom. Everything in perfect working order. Felt safe and secure. Great for a short stay.

The apartment is right around the corner from two bars/clubs. There was loud music and yelling until way past midnight every night (both weekend and during the week). Once the music stopped, there was another hour of drunk people yelling around and talking loudly right in front of the apartment. It was a central and convenient to explore Split old town and get to boats/ferries/bus station, but would not recommend to anyone who values a quiet night for good sleep. Also take note that the apartment really is very small. That’s fair because it’s mentioned in the description but it would be difficult to even open one regular sized check-in bag in the apartment.

The apartment was modern and very clean. Shower had great water pressure and the air conditioning worked perfectly.

when booking the pictures showed their upstairs apartment. it looked like you got a kitchen and reception area which is quite deceiving. the stone wall was a lovely feature but as it was so cold it was damp and you could seen the condensation drip onto the floors. there wasn’t an extractor fan in the bathroom either so this contributed to it being constantly damp. the room didn’t have any storage space and when you took all the fancy pillows off the bed there literally wasn’t anywhere to stand. because of the coldness in the room (and only having a sheet (no duvet) and a blanket) we asked for more bedding to keep warm but didn’t get any. the tv also didn’t work.

the location is amazing (once you find it!) can not rate the location enough!! there were thoughtful touches such as a carton of orange juice and milk in the fridge on our arrival. we also got given tips on nice restaurants within the area.

The room is even smaller than you expect. There is no storage space anywhere. Two people cannot move at the same time through the room. There is a funky smell coming from the air conditioner.
