The hosts go over and beyond to make your stay one to never forget. - every room has a beautiful ensuite with lots of hot water, towels and outlets - beds are comfortable - kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, cold and hot water dispenser, coffee maker, coffee and kettle - adorable outdoor Terrance with seating for our whole group - minutes walk to yummy bakery, supermarket, farmers market, peer and palace Overall A+ We’ll highly recommend this place to anyone we know will be travelling to Split❤️

Exceptionally good location, near the port, near the central green market, near everything. Davor, the owner, was very helpful and kind. The accommodation we stayed in was big, very clean, modern, and comfortable. We had everything we needed. Nice and comfortable bedroom, modern kitchen, very clean bathroom, Hot water, air con, and WiFi. You just need to be aware that, as it is located right in the Old Town, it is in a pedestrian area – so the taxi/ driver from airport will need to drop you a street away, and there are some stairs. It was not an issue at all, on the contrary - the area is very beautiful. We highly recommend if you visti Split!

Exceptionally good location, near the port, near the central green market, near everything. Phenomenal owners, helpful and kind. Split is a very expensive city, for that money you will not find such accommodation in that part of the city.

Location excellent, right in the Old Town, just be aware that it's in a pedestrian area with little cobbled laneways so the taxi/ driver from airport will need to drop you a street away, and there are some stairs. The hotel organised a driver (see option of 'shuttle' when booking) to collect us from Split airport from our evening arrival for €40 which was well worth doing as the airport is about half an hour away from the centre and there is an airport bus to the port area but you'd still need to walk about 12 minutes. The room had what we needed for a one night stay (we were already booked into other nearby accommodation with friends next few days but got to Split a day earlier). No mugs in room but on the other side of the corridor from our room was a kitchen with kettle, coffee maker, cups, crockery, utensils and pans, where we could make tea and coffee and other guests even cooked full meals. The hotel manager even found us some long life milk for our tea.

3rd floor...we have bad knees..there was no coffee in the kitchen..only tea...perfect for British...beds were too soft

The building itself isn’t nice on the outside, but that’s not the hotel’s fault as they only own one floor, which is in really good shape

It looks sketchy on the outside, especially at dark. But once inside it’s nice. Quiet place close to Old Town (10 min walk at the most). Staff was really helpful with late check in

Convenient location, excellent value for money, the room is not very big but has made excellent use of space to enable guests to position their belongings. Both Davor and his wife are very helpful. There is a common kitchen with the amenities needed for a short stay.

Nothing it was perfect for us.

Location is great just 5 minutes walk to Diocletian's palace and old town. Also only 7 minutes walk with luggage to the ferry terminal. The building is ancient but the rooms and kitchen are very modern and spotlessly clean. The owner was friendly, helpful and generous and was happy to store our luggage on departure day.

I didn't like that we didn't take the walking tour the day we arrived. If it's your first time to Split, sign up for a walking tour with Mario and the town will feel smaller and you'll hear about what to avoid (certain ATMs and restaurants) and where to go (certain ATMs and restaurants the locals go to).

So close to old town Split, clean and no-nonsense. Our room faced the courtyard in front where people met to drink, sing and smoke. People go late-late Friday and Saturday nights and if you're facing the courtyard and don't like cigarette smoke, close your windows.

Great location near Diocletian's Palace but away from all the noise of the city. Also very convenient for the ferry port, just a short walk away. The owner could not have been more helpful.
