Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

GermanyIn Comparison to the other Information given in the references: Some Apartments probably are a 100% ok, but the 6 pax "villa" is the one attracting lesser favorable reference. Unfortunately we made the same experience: It was not proper prepared, Toilet paper a bit scarce and the Dinning Gear still at a level of minimum. We only stayed one night for 390 EUR, which was t by far the most costly on our entire trip including Prag, Vienna, Zagreb and Venice. The only reason to accept that price is the overall pricing around Pula, when booked only for one night and within 48h. The pool and the 1.2 km stroll to the nearest beach. A very good plus is the very informative and kind attendance by Dario. And he also declared, that this Villa will be refurbished/repaired in September, after the season. It should.

CroatiaAlthough it was big, some people had to sleep on the small couches which wasn't very comfortable. The pool looked bigger on the picture but it is small and a bit run down. The biggest issue we had was that the lower apartment didn't have air-condition in the rooms above, so it was unbearably hot, while downstairs was cold and unpleasant to sleep. It was so hot that people staying in those rooms couldn't sleep at all. They had a fan, which didn't work, which they changed the second day but it still didn't help with the heat. That is the reason for a lower rating.
It was big to accommodate 8 people, had a pool, it was clean.
