WiFi wasn't the greatest. Also there was a lack of hot water after probably 2 showers. But cold showers helped with the heat. Small things like supplying ice cube trays would have been great.

Fantastic location. right in the heart of the City. Left the car at their office (small fee) and then they drive you and all your luggage to your location via a golf cart which was great. Picked you up also to take you back to the office. Perfect apartment for a family of four. Pull out sofa bed in living room along with side pull out bed (perfect for two teenagers). Seperate bedroom for parents. Fully stocked kitchen. Small grocery store, bakery right outside the door to stock the fridge. AC worked amazing (in both bedroom and living room).

The bed is terribly uncomfortable and mattress needs to be replaced. Apartment wasn't cleaned entirely (i found hair on the shower wall, there is enormous amount of dust below sofa), water heater is too small. It would be nice to have salt and pepper at least in the kitchen.

Location is perfect, parking was convenient with golf car getting you to the apartment on the first and coming for on the last day, overall apartment is nicely furnished and has nice facilities. Communication with staff is fine.

They had confirmed the availability of a crib but then we found out it wasn’t available. The sofa bed was arranged in a way so that our 1.5 years old could sleep safely without risk of falling, but still I would have liked to be informed beforehand.

Location couldn’t be better. We loved that we could park the car and get a free shuttle to/from the apartment at check-in/check-out. The apartment was nice and had all we needed. They allowed us to do a late check-out which was much appreciated.

The mattress is bad and shall replaced by a good quality one. Located at 3/F. If you park your car at their reception place which is about 10 min from property, they will provide logistic to the property. However, the check out time will be at 9:00. If you park your car at public car park at city, your check out time can be at 10:00. Prefer to park at public car park which is just 5 min walk to property.

The wifi connection was not very strong. Also, do take note that the residence is on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator, so it may be challenging to bring any big luggage up the stairs.

The apartment was spacious and well-equipped with whatever facilities we needed. The sofa bed was transformed into a double bed with proper bedding and duvet, so it was a comfortable stay for 4 adults.

The acomodation was just perfect. Very clean, cosy, had everywhing I needed and also, very important, the facility is in the heart of the city centre. A memeber of the stuff was very kind, polite and it was very easy to arrange the picking up of the keys and other enquiries I had. I strongly recommend it and I will certainly come back. Thanks☺️

We should have stayed longer.

Having a secure parking area on the outskirts of the city with a free shuttle bus to and from the unit with assistance with our bags. Parking cost E 10 however much easier then trying to find our own parking. Staff at checkin were extremely helpful and friendly even allowing us access to the unit early as it was already prepared. The apartment was in the centre of the old town with secure access. It was well stocked with all items necessary for an extended stay and very clean. Comfortable apartment and we could highly recommend it and the management system.

Where you get the keys you can park your car for only 10 euros a day, from there they offer free ride to your room which is located in the center of the city (the city is about 500 meters wide so there is no bad location on the peninsula) . The location is in the very center of the city. The staff is super friendly and they make everything easy.

- The floor covering in front of the apartment was damaged, so we tripped. It can be dangerous because it is on the edge of the stairs. - TV remote controller not functional. - Light in kitchen cabinet not working - No lamps, only ceiling light. - No soap in bathroom - Just one key. - A few hairs in the bedding. - the mattress and pillows are not very good quality but OK sleeping. - Teflon pans are damaged. - Apartments parking is 1km away.

Difficult to access the apartment (1. st floor on the narrow corridor) with a baby pram. Hot water from the boiler, so the one who showers last, has no hot water.
