Spacious, well equipped Istrian stone house in the heart of Peroj village. Each room has its own bathroom, what makes it a perfect choice for large families or groups. The house is clean and you will find nearly everything what you might need during your stay. There is also a pool in the backyard and a place for barbecue. The beach is a comfortable 10-15 minutes walk from the house, but if you use bicycles you will only need 5. Don’t miss the sunset from the rooftop with a glass of wine. It’s absolutely worth to listen to the story of the family owned house by the lovely host. Can’t wait to get back!

Perfect location if you want to explore Istria

    Everything was fine

Ms. Irena is a super-host and she waited for us at the church to show us where the accommodation is, where to park, where to get groceries, how to go to the beach, and which local attractions we should visit. The accommodation is a renovated XVIII-century family house. There are 4 bathrooms, a garden, and a roof-top balcony. There is a small restaurant and 2 small supermarkets less than 5 minutes walking distance. The Peroj location is perfect if you want to visit Istria. Fazana, where you catch the ferry to the island of Brijuni, is 15 minutes by car, Rovinj is 45 minutes, Premantura 30 minutes, Motovun 1 hour, Trieste 2 hours by car...
