Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

PolandBeautiful location, with both rocky and pebble beaches. Clean water. Nice pool in a shape of a dinosaur, rather crowded;) the camping has restaurants and grocery store with reasonable prices. There is a lot of families with children on this camping. It is calm, no loud parties at night (at least we never had this issue). I would advise avoiding renting a house near the grilling area. There is a bakery, a car with fish and seafood comes every day (but you need to gut the fish yourself) and there is a farm from which you can pick up a bag of groceries for free twice per week. The staff is very friendly. Our dishwasher didn’t work properly most of our stay, but I have to say they were doing everything to help us - exchanged it to another one (which still wasn’t working perfectly unfortunately and required some extra fixing). We stayed in a villa prestige. For a family of six next time I would bring some more cutlery, glasses, big cups, plates. A frying pan was missing, I had to buy it as it was challenging to cook without it. Beds are comfortable. I definitely recommend this place.

United KingdomWe flew from the UK, and paid over 4k for our accommodation, which was effectively a fully serviced luxury villa. Being at a beach resort, we assumed there would be beach towels provided, but there weren't. The concierge service (which was excellent btw, via Whatsapp) sorted them out for us by exception, but I think these should be supplied as standard.
The villa was just the right size and comfortable for a family of 4 (I would not want to be 6 adults in the villa, as is it's advertised capacity-I would love to see you get 6 adults in the relatively small hot tub!). It was well equipped with TV's in the main living room and twin bedroom, and the air con worked well and was a God send. The kitchen was well stocked, but it would have been nice to have one bottle of milk in the fridge for late arrivals like us. There was a good level of privacy from other villas, as they were well spaced. It was great to have a golf buggy, as the resort is big, so it helped to get little legs to bed, after late evening meals. We found the staff in resort to be very helpful and very nice at all times. There is so much for the children to do here, with particular highlights being the waterpark, the small but fun aqua park, horse riding in the sea and outdoor cinema nights.

SwitzerlandThe food at the bars is almost everywhere the same, the kitchen of the mobile home could have some more things so that we could eat at least twice without washing the dishes
The location is really beautiful, the beaches are amazing, and also the camping area almost all in the shadow inside the woods. The AI App is very useful.

CroatiaWe had gigantic ants everywhere and the first night there was a scorpion. Nevertheless, it wasn’t such a problem. What we missed are sunbeds at the beach.
We didn’t have breakfast included (didn’t know it was an option). We liked the salt water oasis, it was really calm. But what we really liked is mon perin ai assistant, everything we wanted to know was just few typping away.

PolandA wonderful, well-maintained facility. Everything you need for a relaxing stay is on site. Lovely restaurants and bars, Beautiful pool with plenty of loungers. Everything was very clean, even the poolside restrooms. The staff was very helpful. We had trouble getting out of the campsite early in the morning on the day of our departure, but the team did a great job and helped us with transportation. Thanks to them, we had a wonderful, stress-free stay. It was our best vacation in years. We highly recommend Mon Perin - You are great, thank you for everything!!!

UkraineLike A LOT of ants in the house! Be prepared to find them even in your bed. Crowded beaches. Not enough sun beds for guests near swimming pool. Leaking shower, soft mattresses. TV has only German channels.
Huge territory, a lot of trees everywhere. Nice affordable bars and restaurants.

SloveniaPoor water presure in shower, and you can barrely set right water temperature, really anoying. And the shower drainage very poor. On 3rd day they were supose to change your towels, didn't happen until i called reception. The staff is really nice and helpful. On the check out date, they bring full set of new towels and bed sheats at about 8:00am. I don't find this higienic, because the people that are leaving on that day are still there )you have until 10:00am until checkout). They should brought all the fresh stuff at the time that the house is cleared of old customers...
Good location, very peacefull. Good prices in market inside camp. Hot tub is also worth it (if the weather is bad, you could warm your self and enjoy in hottub...)

PolandWe had a wonderful stay at Camping Mon Perin in Croatia, in the San Polo Prestige Mobile Home. The mobile home was new, stylish, and perfectly equipped for six people. I especially loved the spacious terrace — it even had air conditioning, just like all the rooms inside, which made our stay really comfortable during the hot days. The mobile homes are well spaced out, giving you a nice sense of privacy and plenty of room to relax outside. The swimming pools were clean and well-maintained — great for both kids and adults. There are bars and shops conveniently located within the camping area, and prices are quite reasonable compared to those in nearby towns. A special bonus: every Wednesdays and Saturdays, we received a bag of fresh vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchini, eggplants) — such a nice touch! Our kids especially loved visiting the animal farm where they could feed the animals. We got fresh towels every three days, which was very convenient. The beach is rocky and pebbly, but with special water shoes it was easy to walk in and enjoy the sea. Overall, it’s a fantastic place for a family vacation — peaceful, well-organized, and full of thoughtful details that make your stay special. Highly recommended!

FinlandNothing major, but a few suggestions: 1) The lady who works at the fruit/vegetables stand, who we have witnessed being extremely rude to people (including us). On top of it, selling vegetables and fruits that are 3 times higher the price than in the supermarket, it is ridiculous. 2) We were not fans of the AI system replacing regular communication with actual humans at the reception. 3) We were also not fans of the card machines asking you to tip at the self-service (e.g. Paleo restaurant). Tips exist to give to staff who serve you at the table. Why would I need to pay extra to bring my own fries to the table? They are optional though, you can select that you don't want to tip, but still it shouldn't even be an option for self-service, especially not options like 20% (no comment...)
Stayed in camping villas prestige - they are modern, looking very new and have pretty much everything you need. Beautiful terraces to enjoy cricket sounds in summer evenings. Also, the surroundings are beautiful - nature, forest, beaches, as well as very good facilities (pools, welness centre, playgrounds, supermarket etc.). The whole camping area is so well integrated into the nature and respecting the nature instead of just cutting down the whole forest and building something ugly made of pure concrete, which we loved. Many different birds, and we even saw hedgehogs and rabbits - the children were so excited. The main restaurant was very good and prices are reasonable. The beach bar as well. The staff are generally very polite and helpful across the different facilities. We would definitely come back.

PolandIt was hard to get a table at the restaurant in the evening, though the staff made sure to make the service as fast and smooth as possible.
We were so positively surprised by the place! The houses were comfortable and well equipped. The pool is big and versatile with plenty of sunbeds. The camping houses and plots are well structured by trees and bushes, so even though there are many families there, you have a feeling of solitude. The staff was always very helpful. Thanks to many shops and bars and other facilities you could have just stayed within the camping with everything you need at hand. We’re planning on coming back, which is a huge statement for our family because we usually go to new places.
