We liked it all - there is building work in front of the hotel but we knew about this before we booked

There is construction work opposite the hotel. It wasn't an issue for me but may put off some people.

I loved the ambience. The staff were so helpful and friendly, especially Julia, the receptionist. Alan, one of the waiters was also super helpful. The bed was super comfy. The room was spacious. The rooftop pool was lovely. I would deffo go back!

There was no roof top bar and no staff to take orders by the pool you had go 4 flights of stairs down to order.

There was alot of building work across the road but it didnt really interfere with our stay. See potos attached.

We liked everything about the hotel. The room was lovely and imaculately clean, the breakfast was amazing and all staff were helpful and friendly. The location was perfect a short walk to the center of Split.The rooftop pool was small but lovely.

The street that the hotel is on is run down with graffiti and shuttered stores and there is major construction in the area (we were informed of this ahead of time)

We would have enjoyed a bar or restaurant open for coffee and refreshments in the afternoon.

The hotel is very clean, looks new and was really built considering the look and feel of materials.

Major construction is going on just across the hotel. It can be noisy in the morning and during the breakfast time however after 16:00 is very quiet and you can rest.

Mirari hotel is perfectly designed. Location is very good, rooms are beautiful and clean but the most credit goes to the staff at the reception. Ana was very helpful, kind and professional. We will come again.

Cranes and building site right opposite hotel obstructing views, completely understand it is out of the hotels hands but would appreciate more transparency when booking as the rooms with sea view are not cheap!

Clean, Modern & good location. Ana was very helpful, she offered to help me order food on the public Easter Sunday as many places were closed. She was very polite & understanding and made my stay enjoyable!

The views are very good ( over the marina across the bay),but there’s a building site in front (only foundation works at the moment. Surprisingly it didn’t spoil our stay, as no weekend work and the main entrance to the site was on the opposite side. Wasn’t a problem.

Modern, excellent staff, breakfast & lunch (don’t do dinner), were better than excellent.

A little further from the centre in more of a residential area but a short walk and no issues.

There is a building site between the hotel and the sea. Currently, September 2024, they are working on the foundations so it's not an issue visually or because of noise. But I've no idea what was being built and whether or not it will eventually block the view

Really nice room, clean, comfy and a great view. Staff were always helpful and friendly. Breakfast was consistently good. We ate in the hotels restaurant one night. It was quiet but very good and not any more expensive than eating in some of the swankier restaurants in the town.
