Expensive rooms

Clean well equipped rooms. Comfortable beds, air con good. 5 mins walk from beach and 15 mins walk to the gate of the old town. Swimming pool small but perfect to cool off at the end of the day. Great breakfasts.

I would recommend to add more shades on the front terrace because in the afternoon it is very sunny and can't stay for a drink.

Great location- close to the Old Town and the city beach. Very good breakfast and very tasty meals in the restaurant for lunche/dinner. High speed internet.

Some of the buildings in the area are a bit run down but the hotel is very smart.

Exceptional hotel. The Miramare is spotlessly clean and has a lovely, relaxed feel, down to its fabulous staff - all so polite and helpful! Huge bed, lovely shower, daily housekeeping, and amazing breakfast - everything was perfect! We loved the proximity to the city beach and old town. We took the ferry over to Preko/Kali to explore and also went to Nin (uber). Highly recommend! (Ps you can drink tap water in Croatia- we needlessly spent a fortune on bottled water!)

The roads leading to the hotel can feel unsafe at night when walking back from Zadar to the hotel, be cautious - this is, of course, no fault of the hotel and did not affect their review score. Overall, it was such a lovely stay and I really appreciate everything the hotel did!

Miramare Hotel is situated about 5 minutes from Kolovare Beach and a 15 minutes walk to Zadar Old Town There is a huge supermarket nearby - only 10 minutes walk from the hotel (Interspar) The pool is a good size and we didn't have any issues with guests reserving seats by the pool - always manage to get a good spot! The staff were so lovely and helped out whenever they can - even gave us a basic introduction to what was good and where to go in and around Zadar - I felt like I was really well taken care during my visit!

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The property was very clean and well maintained throughout. It’s located about a 15-minute walk from the old town, which made it convenient yet peaceful. Breakfast was lovely, there was a good selection of options to suit different tastes. The woman who welcomed us at reception on arrival was friendly and made us feel very welcome right from the start. The pool area isn’t huge, but it’s just right for the size of the hotel, which has 36 rooms. It felt relaxing and never overcrowded. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

It was quite a long walk to the old town (about 20 mins) which was a bit of a challenge in the heat.

Spotlessly clean. Pool was lovely and towels provided. Excellent breakfast. All the staff were so lovely. Helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble.

We were happy with all aspects of the hotel.

I have just returned from a four-night stay at the Miramar hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The hotel is conveniently located only a 5-minute walk to the beach and waterfront, where there are a number of local restaurants and beach bars, which was ideal for us to enjoy our short stay.

There was absolutely nothing to dislike!

This is a fabulous hotel in a great location, 2 minutes walk from the beach/waterfront, 5 mins from the bus station and a lovely large supermarket and a 15 minute walk to the old town. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, from reception to restaurant to the room cleaning staff, they couldn't have been nicer. The room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was a small (but plenty) cold selection and then being able to order the hot breakfast a la carte meant it was freshly prepared and absolutely delicious. Would 100% recommend staying at Miremare, you won't regret it.

Location was excellent - walking distance to the beach and the Old Town. The very minute we checked in we were greeted by the loveliest staff member - Schana!! What a bubbly, friendly and kind front desk staff. They have to promote her! She pre-empted my questions, drew us a map of where to go and the exact best stops to eat and take photos. This is all at check-in without me even asking. She was all smiles with any question you had. The rooms we booked were huge and bedding /duvet was a dream to sleep in. We’ve been travelling through Europe for weeks and the best sleep was at Miremare Hotel Zadar!! Definitely would stay here again. Highly recommended!

Just small bathrooms for 2.

Shanna, the receptionist agent was outstanding… she went above and beyond to accommodate every need, she was so helpful and had a map with itinerary options and possibilities waiting for us upon our check into the hotel. Our room had AC issues and she promptly moved us into an upgraded room with working AC. The breakfast was also amazing.

Very professional and friendly staff, super accommodating and helpful. The hotel itself is in a great location, walking distance from most important locations like the main city bus station, the beach, or the old town. Facilities are modern, clean and relatively spacious. A big bonus is their breakfast that was both delicious and brilliant. Instead of having a massive spread that can cause a lot of food waste, basics are available then you can order things like toasts, salads, eggs cooked in various ways and more of a menu with no additional charges. A big thumbs up.

The hotel was fabulous. We only stayed one night, but we had a great stay. The customer service was very good, especially from Sheana. She gave us recommendations for a good restaurant and directions to walk around the old town. She was extremely helpful. The rooms (we rented two rooms) were very clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very modern hotel. The staff is very friendly and efficient. The food in the restaurant was very good. It’s not a long walk to the city gate. The branch is excellent. Without extra charge, you can order à la carte.
