The property was amazing, great location, opened door on to a balcony with sun all day and great views looking over to the beach with crystal clear Adriatic Sea. The owner was very nice welcoming also we met he’s family.

The ONLY negative at all was the slippery bathroom floor and the clear window from the bedroom into the shower. But everything else was exceptional and we loved our stay!

The room was lovely...comfortable and right across the street from the beach and Old Town. With the window open it was lively and fun, but with it closed it was very quiet. Wilson was the best host I have ever encountered. He went way above and beyond! He was so kind and helpful and all of his suggestions (restaurant, winery) were fabulous.

Spotlessly clean, loads of nice touches like a fridge stocked with drinks, coffee machine with plenty of coffee pods. Room was cleaned daily. Excellent location.

Perfect location just outside the old town. Close to supermarket and the bakery next door. It is close to a somewhat busy area but the windows block this out when closed. We looked at a hotel as well but I am really happy we went with Mincheta. Clean, nice apartment with great location and friendly staff when we saw them. We stayed in room 101 with two bedrooms. Only thing missing is a wine opener 😊 Beds are really good!

It was great, in a perfect location, elegant, and clean. The owner is very kind; we were welcomed with chocolate and drinks in the fridge. Daily cleaning is included in the price, as well as the nearby parking.

lovely room, close to everything in Primošten

Wonderful apartment. Everything so clean and comfortable. Great location and Primosten is now one of our favorite places in Europe. Being able to walk to everything, shopping for fresh vegetables and fruits. The mornings in the bakery and the cafe were a real quality of life, but the cutest of all was our balcony.

Parking was not on site - it’s approx 500mt away. There was no flexibility to have a late check out as they had another booking coming in, unless we paid a 30 euro fee for 2hrs in cash. To me there either is an ability to stay an hour or two more or there isn’t, how does paying in cash change that ? It felt a bit like a money grab. The price was quite high - more than any other place we stayed in Dubrovnik old town, Korcula, Hvar, Split where we had 2 bedroom apartments.

The property is perfectly located just outside the main town opposite the beach We were pleasantly surprised to find what we booked had 2 separate bedrooms, one with a balcony they other overlooking the beach area. It’s like an apartment but without a kitchen - it’s beautifully decorates too.

Best hotel I’ve ever been to. It was big, luxurious, so close to the city and also the beach. The sun was shining into the apartment the whole day, which we loved. Our host was also very kind and helpful. Loved the experience overall!

Nothing — it was perfect.

Our recent stay at Mincheta Apartments in Primošten was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the pristine cleanliness of the apartments. Every detail was meticulously attended to, making our stay incredibly comfortable and pleasant. The staff at Mincheta Apartments truly set this place apart. They were amazingly helpful and extremely responsive to all our needs. Their warm hospitality and eagerness to assist with anything we needed made us feel right at home. They also shared fantastic local recommendations, which greatly enhanced our experience in Primošten. The apartments themselves are beautiful, boasting modern amenities and tasteful decor. The location is perfect, offering easy access to the charming town and stunning beaches.

Our only suggestion would be a tv upgrade to a smart tv.

This property was above our expectations. It was luxurious, clean and in a fantastic location close to the old town, overlooking the beach. Access to the bakery, fruit shop and bar downstairs was very convenient. We could walk to everything and free parking was available. Great restaurants were close by.

There is a big glass pane right infront of the shower which can make your stay kinda akward if you dont want to see into the shower and bathroom all the time.

The rooms are amazing, great view and just next to the old town.

I don’t often leave reviews. In fact this is probably my first ever review. But this apartment deserves its praise the apartment itself is beautiful and has everything you need in a perfect location surrounded by everything you could think of and seconds walk away from everything you need ( beach , shops , pharmacy , restaurants , food market etc) . I think we got lucky with the balcony with the sea view which defo made the experience a lot better, we had our own key card the building was super safe and easy to access and the room was fitted with air conditioning so after a hot afternoon you would be greeted by a lovely cool room. Vilson was the owner/ receptionist and was super friendly and made us very welcome if we had any problems (which we didn’t) I would text him and he would reply straight away. He tried his best to make sure we had the best holiday and I couldn’t thank him enough. The apartment had a maid also witch would clean our room daily if we wanted to not many apartments offer this but the maid was a lovely woman and we were grateful that we had someone to keep our room tidy and have change of bedding/ towels daily. I will definetly be going back to visit again if your Visiting Primošten this is the only place to stay cx
