The location is very close to the entrance 1 and on the way to the entrance, there is a resto which is good and not that expensive. The environment is very quiet and peaceful. The host is very kind. It's a lovely experience in that house. Everything is clean and tidy.

A 10 minute walk away from entrance 1 of Plitvice park. Studio is comfortable and has everything you need! The host was very kind and allowed us to leave our bags after check out and hang out in the beautiful garden while we waited for our bus.

Only thing to know is that this is a residential area without a shop, which could be a problem if you don't have a car.

Everything was very good. Close to entranc 1. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. They even took us with to the closest market, which is a few kilometers away.

Excelent location near the Entrance 1 to Plitvice Lake Park. 10-15 min walk, so no need for car. The owner provided also a hint of how to do the tour of the lake (which coincides with the Program C). Everything you need in the small kitchen, even a blanket (as you might think if you come in the summer it’s hot, we had 22-23 in the evening, 16 at night.

The property was beautiful in every sense. It is a 10 min walk both from the bus station and entrance 1 of Plitvice lakes. We did not have a car, so this was of essence. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and the host even left some essentials - salt/pepper, vinegar, oil, aluminum foil, coffee/tea. Equipped otherwise with stove, pots/pans, and plenty of utensils. The entire property was clean including the bed and washroom. The host was available often and very accommodating. They were very responsive. Can’t recommend this enough for your trip to Plitvice!

Perfect location to walk to the lakes as per previous reviews. The studio was comfortable and a good size, bathroom compact but the water pressure was amazing. Stayed two days and they couldn't have been more different from one another - one sunny and very warm, the other overcast and cold! Central heating was lovely on the cold night, and air conditioning available for the heat. Nice garden as well.

This apartment kitchenette provided everything we needed including a microwave and a toaster. The sheets and covers smelled very fresh. The property is spotless and clean! It is a very cozy apartment that is only 10 min walk from entrance 1. Highly recommended!

This was an excellent choice for visiting Plitvice National Park. It was an easy walk from Entrance One and the bus stops there (go via the parking lot to avoid the busy road). The room was spotless and very comfortable.

Well located for our day at Plitvitce NP. Our host was very welcoming and allowed us to leave the car parked after check out time - while we went to the park. It was small but comfortable and had everything we needed (except a tea towel 🤣)

Excellent location, couple minutes to Plitvice National Park. Very nice host, advised us to buy a ticket online to not stand in a long queue before the entrance and ticket office. The apartment was very clean and well equipped.
