The location is perfect !! Right in the middle of old town and everything is just a few minutes walk away, including the Riva. Don’t worry about the restaurant outside, no noice whatsoever in the room. Laura was incredible helpful! Answered every question and made the stay feel safe. Highly recommended ! 5 star experience

Great location, in the historical center of the city, couple of minutes from the sea. The appartment is very cozy, spacious, clean and fully equipped. The host is very nice and helpful. Strongly reccommed this place for a great stay in Split.

Situation in the city

Very noisy, TV not working, was advised it would take a week to fix, walls very thin and apartment next door could hear everything. No one on site to escalate concerns. Very dissatisfied

It was a very noisy party night in Split and we had to catch a very early flight, so we were not happy with the level of noise but Laura was very helpful.

NOISE and circular staircase was not great for the young kids. But we were only there for one quick nite so we appreciated that we found a place to accommodate the whole family.

The apartment was clean and in a great location.

Laura was great. She was easy to communicate with and responsive. The property was in a great location and well equipped if you want to self cater and relax in air conditioned comfort. Beds were super comfortable. We would definitely come back.

The location was absolutely great and so was the Wifi.

The room seemed quite small, not the 25 metre square as advertised on site for a comfort room, we had to replace toiletries as we ran out within a couple of days, we did get our towels changed once within 7 Days. We could not open the window as one of them did not have a Mosquito net. Please if you do not take Credit cards please do not advertise that you can pay that way.

Spotless, incredible location, modern and updated. Nice showers with good hot water, washing Machine. Overall beautiful.

We were there in August and the bedrooms up stairs don’t have AC in room- it’s in the hallway outside the bedrooms, but didn’t cool off the bedrooms enough to be comfortable for us personally.

Very clean, nice patio, close to center. The museum of illusions, the palace were walking distance.

Great location, central but quiet in the property

A few things not working, balcony not clean and no cushions to sit on, disappointing as booked it due to outdoor space

Our stay at Casa Carminatti Apartments in Split was simply fantastic. A wonderful location on a relatively quiet street right in the centre of Split, walking distance from the old town as well as to the beach. The room itself was clean, nice-smelling and equipped with everything we needed- especially A/C. The gem of this booking was our host Laura. She was there every step of the way when we needed her, and after we forgot some important documents after checking out, she went above and beyond to help us retrieve them-even from a different island! 10/10 would stay here again.

The location. The ease of communication with host. The two washing machines.

The location was ideal. You had everything you needed with out door space to relax. The owners made great contact on arrival and did their best to make your stay a good one but kept a healthy distance so didn’t intrude on your holiday at all.

I wasn’t aware beforehand that they would request full payment in cash , not able to use my card.

Fantastic location, lovely staff and very clean and well appointed apartment. The balcony was beautiful, a beautiful place to stay.

The location is perfect and it was lovely and quiet at night time. The property owners were so helpful and accommodating, allowing us a late check out and arranging transfers last minute. The bed was very comfortable.
