HungaryWe booked a "luxury" room: • There is no safe in the room. • No slippers provided. • No coat rack; it's impossible to hang long clothes like coats or trousers in the wardrobe. • The bathroom is very small, the shower cabin is extremely cramped, and the doors don't close properly — water leaks onto the floor.

CroatiaDidn't like lift entrance in between floors. Travelling with lot of luggage and small kid and not having lift on the ground floor but instead you have to walk up the stairs to get to the lift is not so convenient. Word luxury within hotel's name is misleading and not accurate. Property and room furniture in general is far from luxury.

The room was spacious and well-designed, with a luxurious jacuzzi and private sauna that made the stay incredibly relaxing. Everything was clean, and the included breakfast was a great addition.

Bosnia and HerzegovinaStairs were the only problem for us. Not really suitable for a stroller or wheelchair. Even though there is an elevator but they couldn't install it in a good position.
It's a good place to stay. Pleasant and nice. We were there with a baby, and they made us feel welcome.

Having a terrace to enjoy the end of a day. The breakfast and cleanliness of the dining room facilities were exceptional. Excellent pizza across the street but Ubers were only 4 to 6 euros to the city center anyway.

SerbiaThe room we were in didn't feel super private, since we could hear the neighboring room guests. Since the room is located in an adjacent building, seemingly sharing space with regular residents, there are too many doors involved to move around and it didn't really meet an expected hotel experience. We had an issue with wifi not working well at some point after midnight, but it resolved itself after 1-2 hours. There was also bad smell in the main hotel building, but that's pretty minor.
The staff was pleasant and super helpful. The neighborhood is quiet, nice and safe. The room for three that we stayed in has a separate room for the 2nd bed, as well as a kitchen and little lobby, which is all really nice.

United StatesLayout was odd. The King bed was in the tiny second bedroom (so no space at all for a suitcase), while the larger room had the smaller Queen bed. Used the “sitting area” to put our bags. Missing towel holder in bathroom, “sanitized” glasses had disgusting stuff on bottoms, needed to be re-washed.

It was ok, all the employees are very nice, Dea stayed in my memory. You pay extra for the spa, this is the first time I've heard that and it's not right. The rest Ok. Small hotel., yes again for the first time. maybe because 4*, you have to carry the suitcases yourself up the narrow stairs, the elevator is only after another one. You don't have the possibility to drag the suitcases.
