breakfast was simple. coffee was bad, jsut instant-coffee (you barely get that kind of coffees in a hotel at this price!) staff not handy and one of them , a kind of , rude, I would say. some of stuff in the room were broken (shower head had issue, safe broken , cover of door's lock fell off...)

locaiton was really beautiful . very nice view to the water. very clam place to go swimming in the lake. a very clean and good swimming pool in general , except a couple of issues (that I mentioned below), it was a good hotel

The area around the pool would be a lot nicer if there were cushions for the pool beds The umbrellas are not in good repair and they would need to be upgraded . Most hotels charge extra money for these services so a small daily fee would not be unreasonable. Some hotels charge extra for pool towels and have a pool attendant who can look after the pool area.

It is a very nice place and easy to walk from the ferry terminal some 10 minutes away. It is clean and quiet peaceful and tranquil good food and great staff.

The coffee for breakfast was a bit weak for our taste, but that is not necesarrily bad, just not like we prefer it.

Everything! We had big spatious room with a magnificent view. Food was remarkable (it reminded me very much of a good homemade food my mom cooks which is rare in hotels). Also the staff was really friendly, special thank you to the kind lady at the reception, you are the best!

There was no transport available to Sakarun beach. The local bus is infrequent and travels at inconvenient times. The bicycles available at the hotel do not have good enough brakes for cycling on the steep hills. The only way to travel around the island is to rent a car, boat or scooter (which is very expensive).

Lovely staff. Clean hotel. Great location. The rooms are small and basic, but they are comfortable. They did not have double beds available for us, so they push together twin beds.

Not enough place and sunscreens at the pool. No access control to the pool - a lot of people that are not hotel's guest access it. It gets really loud.

Rooms were clean, staff were nice. The price was okay. They provided electric car charger, which was really nice. Would go again.

The location was perfect for a stay on the north side of Dugi Otok. The hotel overlooks the harbor with swimming both in the ocean and pool.

No coffee facilities other than during bresakfast times. The quality of the coffee was poor. I was told I could not park my car in front of the hotel where other guests could. The food in the evening was tasteless.

The mattresses on the beds are bad, the air conditioner on the ceiling was leaking water, the sink in the bathroom was a bit clogged and was slowly gulping water.

Breakfast and dinner were good, but for a 4* hotel they could have at least had a coffee machine. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the receptionists. The location is nice next to the sea, but we were woken up by the noise of the catamaran every morning at 5:50, and there was no peace in the evening, due to the proximity of the marina and guests on sailboats and in nearby restaurants. But we could watch the sunrise from the balcony.

For dinner we were sitting at a dirty table, the windows were extremly dirty too, and our shower was not clean when we got our room. Also we didn‘t even know where the ,,whirlpool‘‘ was which is included in the room via the informations of booking.com. We got wrong informations about the dinner time also and when we wanted to open the door of the restaurant a lady was looking at us and just asking us ,, kuda ce te ?‘‘ . The guy at the reception at the Day of leaving wouldn‘t even ask how our stay was, or if everything was alright. Im very disappointed and will definetly not come again here. We paid over 200 Euros for only one night, and because of the hygienics and some workers it‘s just not worth it.

The view was incredible, the Hotel itself was okay. The lady at the reception when we got here was really nice , and the guys at the bar too.

The equipment at the pool area was very old. Only 1 working sun umbrella was there and no additional umbrella was possible when we ask for it. The beautiful Konoba of the Hotel was closed. 5 years ago we could eat in June fresh seefod there. Check out was not possible at the reception of the Hotel Maxim, we had to go to the central reception of the Hotel complex Bozava.

The bed was two twin beds and not one large double bed as described. Windows are dirty and side elements of the bed where broken. Receptionist was not helpful he was laughing on my reclamation. Bottom line avoid this property if you can

Many things: 1. It was not possible to use the security lock on my room door. 2. The housekeeping woke me up knocking at 8:00 in the morning to clean the room 😡 3. Balkony door if you slide it from outside it will lock and you can’t get back into your room. There is no warning about it at all. I was lucky to have my phone on me. I called the reception, but no one answered my multiple calls. If I wouldn’t have acquaintances nearby I called and they came to hotel open my door and balcony to free me, I would have option so sleep on balcony (till max 08:00 when they wake you up anyway), climb down 2 floors somehow or shout for help. 4. Around 9:00 when I was still lying naked on the bed, a maintenance guy just simply came in to my room. I asked him if he serious, then he left. 5. When checking in I was given the key and pointed the way my room is, but no information was given about anything like breakfast, wi-if, safe, minibar…… 6. The only thing which is 4 star here is the price. This hotel is far from 4 stars. 3 would be a kindness to give them. 7. The shower cabin’ glass door wan nearly falling out of it’s railing. 8. They do have a checkout time at 10:00 which is not a 4 Star hotel time. When I asked it was told that they are very busy. Just to note, there were very few guests. So if they have even to prepare for full occupancy tonight, then they would have plenty of time to clean those few rooms (maybe 4-5) if everyone is checking out today. The checkin time is 16:00, so they need 6 hours to clean these few rooms? 9. The furniture is from socialism in Yugoslavia and the bed is uncomfortable.
