Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomBottled water in the room or tea/coffee facilities would be good. A bit confusing at check in as the hotel is through the restaurant down some stairs. Once we worked out we were in the right place it was all ok!
Fabulous location. Immaculately clean room and stylish decor. We had an early ferry and they kindly prepared us a takeaway breakfast which was much appreciated. Food in the restaurant was delicious and good value for money.

SwitzerlandThere was no daily housekeeping and whilst I booked for 1 adult, there was only 1 set of towels and pillows. There was a little noise inside the building, maybe from other guests or staff entering some work spaces, but nothing from the restaurant crowd. It was a little scary to book without seeing a phone number or a website on the google maps page, but I did find a website, and the manager's mobile phone number, who called me back immediately. It would be useful to add this information to the google maps page.
The hotel only has a few rooms, it's right on the water with direct sea access, the location is great, it's just at the edge of the quay with all the restaurants and at the entrance of the street on the way to other marina. The focus is on the restaurant / bar however the staff was very welcoming and always willing to help with any query. You can take a swim right from the terrace, they even put a couple sun beds out during the day. You can also dock at the restaurant with a dinghy. Everything is clearly recent, quite modern.

United KingdomThe main thing bothered us a lot was this smell of suage in the room. The second night we have covered the drain of the shower with a wet towel. I did mention to the maid when we checked in, nobody did anything about it. Not acceptable when I have paid 450 EUR a night. Breakfast is a bit disapointing.
Lovely new hotel on the sea. The restaurant is a good front sea location. The room was very confortable, not very big but size good enought, Staff is very nice.
