The internet didn’t work in my fourth floor room and the room was extremely small.

Hot water in my room didn't work, so I had to use the shared bathroom. Not ideal due to my allergies. Airco is listed, but is not present in the room.

Nice location, close to the city center and well accessible. It was eays to find. Room was ok, small but clean and a bed is all you need. Shared room downstairs, with a couch for relaxing.

Not so reactive host: we needed to wait 2 days to have the included basics products for bathroom after paying about 400€! I needed to ask also about checkout procedure and where the toilet paper was located because nobody told me directly. The floor was not so properly cleaned as we found a lot of dust, as reported on the photos. On the edge of the wall there was mold, probably related to some water infiltration. Small room without a wardrobe for storing clothes. Even if close to the centre, you have to "climb" an hill to get the apartment (and under the summer's sun could be hard for someone).

Good air conditioner. Nice garden. Close to the centre.

The bed was not comfortable and the room was quite hot which led me to keep the window always open and having to fight with mosquitos every night. the host is a nice person, and I was happy about the house but the room is not very cosy.

Great location, just a few minutes away from the centre and with a couple of supermarkets on the way. the place offers a small garden, a terrace (which is not equipped for guests though), and a kitchen. bathroom was also recently redecorated.

The room was very tiny. It had its own bathroom but it was so old and no warm water. Had to use the bathroom downstairs to use warm water. Also the bathroom downstairs is very clean and new but i was not satisfied with my room's bathroom. Maybe the host should update in the description and spacify that those pics are for the shared bathroom. Also there was not AC. Otherwise, all good!

The location is perfect and very close to the old town and to supermarkets. The host is also nice. Haven't met him but he helped over the phone with few things

I wasn't advised about the noisy of the Turkeys 🦃. Knowing that in advance would have prepared myself better. Maybe having an international plug adapter would be niceeven having to charge an extra for that.

Room was a bit too small, no place to put bags and the WiFi in my room, at the top of the house was quite weak (was fine downstairs in the house). Room could have been a bit cleaner as well.

breakfast was sort-of non-existent; there were condiments in the kitchen for coffee/tea and some snacks, but no clear signs that it's for the guests. internet was extremely slow in my room (but fine in the downstairs communal area, so it's sort-of ok). The room was a bit warm, even though it's just the beginning of summer.

the room was compact but sufficient for a no-frills stay. at the hosts' suggestion, i was able to part my car just across the street from a property, with no charge, for the night. Loved the communal spaces, green outdoors. Very clean and quiet (if not counting the peacocks that kept screaming into the evening :) )

It could have been cleaner.. the toilet was dirty. I know the facility can’t do anything about it but just for people who want to book this room: there are living peacooks on the street. They make noise the whole day and night. It can be really disturbing, luckily I had noice cancelling earphones, otherwise it would have been really disturbing.

It was nice to have an own room with own bathroom. It was located near the city, 10 min walk into the city and the port.

I think the bathroom was not cleaned before I went in. There was hair in the bathtub and finger prints. Also I don’t know if it’s common but near by are the peacocks and they are screaming like crazy early in the morning and during the day. Which is obviously not the fault of the property but it is irritating

The location was great. Very short walking distance to the promenade and Diocletian's Palace. The facilities were great..I just wasn't there long enough to take advantage of them but for a longer stay, it would be perfect.
