The only minor point is that we stayed for four nights and the bath towels weren’t changed. Still, I’m sure the staff would have taken care of it right away if we had asked — they were always very attentive.

The room was spotlessly clean, featuring a TV, minibar, excellent shower, and a very comfortable bed. The location is good, but it does require about a 10-minute walk to reach the nearest restaurants, and around 15 minutes to get to the main part of the city — those central streets where you typically end your day. Overall, the property delivered everything that was promised in the listing. Excellent value for money!

Apartment in a great central location walking distance to town. The room was spacious. Most importantly the host was incredibly helpful as we ran into car issues and border issues.

Both sockets near the bed did not work. After taking a shower water was leaking on the floor. There was no trash can in the room except for tiny one in the bathroom.

It was clean and comfortable. Localisation was good. Bed was comfortable, room was clean, AC was working properly.

I didn't like that the room was not cleaned during our 5 night stay. I also didn't like that fresh towels weren't topped up, the shower screen had a hole so the bathroom floor would flood quickly. The host was okay, not super friendly, but he replied quite fast. Late check out won't be likely because the cleaner "likes to come early". She was in fact 1 whole minute early (she showed up at 9:59am). Won't be staying here again.

The divider between the room and bathroom was thin plastic that didn't fully close, so there was a lack of privacy.

Super easy check in and out. The host gave us some recommendations while we were in split. Our room had a fridge and kettle which was great. Location is a 20min walk to the town centre.

Good room for the price. Nice and clean with a private bathroom. Only a few blocks out of the old town and a very short walk to be right in the middle of all the action. Frane was very friendly and very responsive.

If you're driving, be aware there is no reserved parking. This is not the fault of the property, just how it is but you have to park on the street and it can be hard to find a spot to park.

The location was fantastic. You can walk to the Old Town in less than 10 minutes.

Very clean and modern accommodation. Looks to be newly refurbished and has great facilities. Nicely situated from walking distance to the old town beaches and also a Lidl. Had a very nice arranged meeting with key handover and very well priced. All round great experience and excellent communication from the host.

Don't be scared by the external view when arriving or approaching the location. It is in a neighborhood with a lot of apartments. The outside does not match the inside. Also, this is a room and not a hotel. Bring your own shampoo, conditioner, and body wash as none are provided. For those traveling light, this can be an inconvenience.

It was a bright and open room with a fabulous shower. The staff was extremely helpful in allowing me in earlier than the normal check-in time, as well as taking time out of their day to meet me early and prepare the room. It was also close to Park Suma Marjan for a great view of the city and then a hike up to the pinnacle.

The location is OK, 15 min walk from the center. But do take in mind the hillyness. It's perfect for a short stay but for a longer stay it might be too tight.

The owner arranged an airport pickup and we were able to check in late (11:30 initially but our plane even had 30 min delay), great service!

Exceptional location. The room was light and airy with a window that opened to a green leafy street. Great bathroom, but weird bathroom door. Clean and comfortable.

Not very well maintained, power outlets were faulty, hairdryer provided almost caught fire, couldn't hang up shower head, not dirty but worn down in places. Bathroom with sliding door (which didn't work too well) and you could hear everything

Perfect location. 2 min walking to Tourist area and to everything you need. Clean , Quiet, slept like a baby. Street parking up front is free, Big thanks to our host Vranje who saved a parking spot for us, this man deserves a promotion.

It was roomy, spacious and very clean, the bed was comfortable and there was a big closet for clothes, bathroom was great, the only thing it didn’t have was a washing machine, otherwise the owner and the location were beyond great🙌
