We didn't realise until we arrived that there is no access to the hotel by vehicle and had to carry our large suitcase up several flights of stairs from the main road. It was hard but doable for me, but could prove very difficult or impossible for some people.

Did the job for a one night stay at a reasonable price (for August). Allowed us to leave our bags in their office after checking out. Close to the bus station for onward travel. Approximately 1 hour walk or 10 EUR for a taxi to the old town.

Difficult to prevent the shower from flooding the floor of the bathroom, otherwise a good room in a good location for what we needed!

Very convenient to the bus terminal and port - we had a very short stay as we were catching a ferry so it definitely suited our needs, especially since it was at a good price

The wifi didn’t reach our room and there’s very limited facilities. No fridge or washing. Dubrovnik is fairly expensive and we would have forked out a bit more money to stay somewhere nicer if we were there for more than one night.

The place was clean and tidy and is very conveniently located near the main bus station. Our room had a nice view of the port. Good for a stay for one night but I wouldn’t recommend more than that.

The shower curtain had an issue that caused the bathroom floor to flood after every shower. Parking was also problematic, as all the street spots were for residents only. The stairs weren’t a major issue, but could be challenging if you have a large or heavy suitcase

Staff didn't seem to be able to find our reservation despite me presenting my name, ID, and receipt of payment. Took an exceedingly long time to be checked in. The rooms had a number of ants in them. If you struggle with stairs this is not the place for you, as there are a lot of steep steps to climb, no less than 149!

Convenient location for the bus station if you have an onward journey. Didn't pay much for one night.

the air-conditioning was mainly around the entranceway, and didn't get much to the bedroom where it remained very warm. The hot water stopped working halfway through the stay. shared balcony and view blocked by a tree.

It was cheap/budget-friendly and short walk from the bus station.

The ladies in charge were absolutely the rudest I have ever encountered. . I even had to ask twice for the wifi and they almost screamed at me. The bed was supposed to be a double bed, so they put 2 single beds together and then covered it with a sheet to make it look like a double. And the room was full of ants. For this kind of money, even in Dubrovnik, we were expecting much better, and especially a nicer welcome.

Stairs from Terminal to Hotel.

I didn't expect the property from Bus terminal is stragle to go in because of the stairs, the hotel is not far. But the stairs going to hotel make it as a hiking, I guess this is how the city is. But the room is perfect! I didn't expect that I will have a nice ocean view from balcony.

Difficult to find and up a lot of very.steep steps. My friend who is a lot younger and could manage the steps better said the owner was reluctant to let her in at first because we were so late but our plane was delayed by 2 hours and I did send an email to the property before boarding. However by the time I got to the property it had been sorted.

Very nice terrace outside the room with a view of the pretty port. The man there who helped me up the steps with my luggage has my gratitude! It is very convenient as the bus terminal is only a couple of mins away.

Cleanness could be better. There was also rain from outside coming in through the balcony doors.

Location is close to the bus terminal, which is good if you have to take the (long distance) bus. Staff was friendly.

Unfortunately, we didn’t get any toiletries and wifi password. We also didn’t have any sea view from our room as it was promised before. I bet, we had a false room.

The hosts were helpful and waited for us until midnight when our bus was late. They also allowed us to leave our baggage after checking out.
