Our room was on the top floor which had lower ceilings, so not as comfortable and convenient for tall people.

I loved everything. As a plus note the only thing I didn’t like in the city is that as a solo traveler I had a hard time getting a table at restaurants for lunch or dinner. Nothing to do with this place at all

As a solo woman traveler I can only recommend this place. Amenities are great, my room was tidy up once during my 3 night’s stay which was enough for me, easy to access and very close to taxi stop, 3 blocks with no street stairs (old town has no car access) A couple stairs inside the property but it was manageable for me with my big luggage. The room is not big but it was perfect for me and I walked everywhere.

Use of lockbox- neutral about this. Check in check out times are quite strict. Nowhere to store luggage if you arrive early.

Aesthetically pleasing, renovated, great AC and ability to control it, large shower, extra toiletries were supplied (face wash, sunscreen, after sun, makeup remover etc). Beautiful room (we got the deluxe one). Fast communication through booking.com and WhatsApp.

The room was incredible, very clean and well organized and bed was very comfy. All the check-in process was very smooth and easy, we arrived slightly late but didn't face any issues getting our key. The hotel is in an amazing location just by the old city, so you can walk pretty much everywhere if you want. Definitely recommend!

Property was very clean and smelt gorgeous! Location was incredible, in the heart of split old town. Bed was comfy, plenty of towels/toilet rolls/shower products etc. We stayed for 3 nights and room was a perfect size for the 2 of us. Easy to access upon check in. We would always stay in in future

Definite luxury close to the centre. The host really went the extra mile. I received regular messages that reassured me especially as I was travelling alone.We bumped into each other one day and she gave me great local tips.

If there was one thing we’d point out it would be that the communal area in the apartment had a smokey smell but the room itself was absolutely fine and this didn’t ruin our stay at all.

This place was beautiful, well located and the host was super lovely, on hand to answer any queries really quickly and accommodating with so many amenities. The room was well equipped with everything we needed and very clean and beautiful!

Property was very very clean, bed was lovely and comfortable. The room was packed with everything you needed if you forgot anything- face wash, cotton pads, makeup remover etc. Ivona was so helpful and let us drop our bags off early before check in so we could wander around the city. The hotel is perfectly located in the middle of the old town about 3 minute walk away! Would definitely return to this hotel if we come back to split again!
