Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

GermanyWhile passing through Croatia, we were looking for a high-quality apartment and found the Luxury Villa Zlatko. We chose the Penthouse Apartment, which came with its own infinity pool, hot tub, sauna, and a rooftop terrace with breathtaking views. The apartment was very clean and absolutely dreamy! Our stay was so wonderful that it was hard to leave, but we will definitely be back! The other apartments shared a hot tub, a pool, and the rooftop terrace, which we were also able to use. Additionally, there was parking available. All in all, it was an unforgettable and beautiful stay!

AustriaA car is absolutely necessary if you want to stay here as everything is only accessible by car. You must buy your own essentials (shampoo, oil , salt , sugar, coffee) as there is none in the house. The stove is induction stove so keep that in mind if you bring your own kitchen supplies . We had to pay a towel fee upon arrival (2euros pp, per day)
Amazing apartment, very spacious and clean with really great views. Parking space is available It can easily accommodate 6 people and still have enough space for all Big TVs with access to all popular apps Fully equipped kitchen to cook your own food Private swimming pool (shared among all apartments)

GermanyFor the first time, we are truly speechless. This really was the most beautiful, well-kept and comfortable accommodation we have ever stayed in. Everything is tastefully decorated, extremely clean and tidy. The apartment has a large and well-equipped kitchen! We will remember the morning coffee on the terrace with a wonderful view of the sea for a long time! There is also a private parking space for the car. The hosts' children are very nice, responded to all our wishes and left a very positive impression on us. A great family business! We will be back at the next opportunity.

UkraineWe had a small issue to get hold of the personal during check in. That would be nice to establish some process to make it smoother.

HungaryWe saw the pictures for swimming pool and Jacuzzi and sauna on the roof with a sea view. That's why we choose this property but after the check in, we recognised that we cannot access to them. We had to use the swimming pool and Jacuzzi downstairs without any view and also they are shared. This is really unacceptable. Because if we wanted the shared swimming pool and Jacuzzi then we would go to the hotel and not a villa. Of course with much lower price... On the other hand the owner ask to pay extra to use other facilities like barbecue. But it was mentioned in Booking.com that the price includes taxes and charges. When I contacted the customer service team on the phone they said that you don't need to pay but on the last day of our stay Booking.com send me a message and told me that I have to pay. But we didn't use the facilities like barbecue. The owner asked us to pay just in case that we use it and we damage it. Doesn't matter that we use it or not and all the guests should pay for that. The Jacuzzi downstairs was not always clean. This is also one of the weak points. Moreover we couldn't find something basic in the villa for cooking like oil. There were just salt and sugar. I asked pepper and the housekeeper brought pepper for us and not oil. Fortunately we bought butter that's why we could cooking. Speed of the Internet was really annoying. I uploaded the pictures shows that their own Internet connected to the TV cannot open YouTube. Sometimes when we were watching YouTube it was freezing. There are safety boxes but there is no battery for them to use. If you want to use them you have to buy battery yourself. There were 5 rolls of toilet paper and 5 capsules for disching machine for 8 days of our stay. We tried our best to survive with them. In a nutshell, if the privacy is important for you, don't choose this property. If you want a sea view for swimming pool don't choose this property.
Fortunately we had a sea view from the apartment and from the balcony. We stayed in the 1st floor

Slovakia- Excessive noise from neighbors above: Noisy guests until late night hours, often past midnight. Frequent child stomping and walking in high heels even after 10 PM. Significant disruption of sleep and comfort. Neighbors showed no consideration for others. The quality of stay depends on the thoughtfulness and social responsibility of other guests. - Lack of keys: Only one key for a 3-bedroom apartment. - Insufficient cleaning equipment: Missing large broom in the apartment. Only a shared broom available on the ground floor. - Inadequate trash bin: Too small bin in the kitchen. Only one trash bag provided. Of course, not every guest will encounter such noisy neighbors as we did. The other mentioned shortcomings are minor details that the hosts will likely improve over time.
- Luxurious apartment furnishings - Beautiful swimming pool - Overall pleasant environment
