I've never stayed at a place like it on airbnb or booking or any other site for that matter. We walked around and just said wow! For about 10 minutes after we arrived. It looked exactly as the pictures show + actually larger than we thought it was going to be. The outside terrace was a beautiful Oasis. Hot tub worked great. Sauna worked great. Approximately to the beach in 15 minutes. We love to walk and walked all the way to The Old city, along the water most of the way. It was incredibly quiet and easy to sleep. Very comfortable. Very elegant. If you're not impressed I would be shocked.

There was nothing we didn't like.

This place is a little oasis! Such a lovely place to be. Especially the outdoor area. We loved the day bed and the jacuzzi. The beds were also really comfortable and the rooms very spacious. The hosts left us delicious traditional food as a welcome gift which was a lovely surprise. We would love to come back sometime.

The accomodation was spacious and very nicely fitted. The hot tub added that extra level of luxury. Just on the edge of the city it was very peaceful but just a 20 minute walk away from the centre. Having the beach just a 5 minute walk away made it the perfect location.

Lovely luxurious property close to Split in a residential area. Very peaceful and quiet location. Extremely comfortable beds and lovely shower. The property had efficient air conditioning which was also a bonus. Split was beautiful and this accommodation was a great base following our stay on Korcula island prior to our flight home. Lovely owner who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

The apartment is very spacious, comfortable and clean. It is also in a quiet but convenient part of Split. The hosts are extremely helpful and friendly. We appreciated the croissants in the morning for breakfast and also the recommendation of the Adriatic restaurant (the view and food are great). We highly recommend this apartment.

Just a small suggestion - would have been lovely to have a small dining table and chairs in the garden and a relaxed chair on the balcony. A couple of facilities listed in the Booking.com page that weren't quite right/true: private beach (we weren't expecting this, but it should probably be taken off the list of facilities), same for private pool (the hottub is listed separately and correctly), bar (lovely to have a bottle of wine on arrival! but slightly misleading to call this a bar) This is not a complaint at all!! We loved staying there, just want to make sure someone doesn't turn up expecting a private pool, beach and bar! 😄

Beautifully designed apartment with great facilities, we enjoyed the hot tub and garden space. Host very helpful and quick communication, delivered baked goods in the morning which we appreciated. Great location for exploring Marjan park and pleasant walk into the centre of Split.

Nothing - it was perfect!

The apartment is decorated to an exceptionally high standard with care and attention to detail throughout. It was clean and airy which made for a very relaxing stay! The apartment is very large with two generously sized bedrooms and the jacuzzi and sauna made fantastic added extras. Our host was amazing, gifting us a bottle of wine and some Easter cake during our 2 night stay. It is a 30 minute walk from Split City Centre but the walk is pleasant along the seafront; there are also options to use an Uber for around €4. Overall I would highly recommend Luxury Spalato Garden to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay close to Split.

Luka the host met us at arrival and brought us lunch the following day. He also left breakfasts in the morning. The apartment was clean, tidy and had everything we needed. Short walk to the beach and not far from the centre of Split.

This place is a real gem. It feels so homely. It's really spacious that a large family can fit with loads of space. The decorations are exquisite. The hot pool is lovely, and the garden is so relaxing. We loved it.

Bus only 1hr 15 mins and no local facilities.

Spacious, beautifully furnished, cool and quiet. Owners were extremely kind and helpful. In a very green part of town close to quiet swimming bays.
