There really was nothing to fault.

The property is amazingly located and so central and within easy walking distance to all main places just a short walk from the old town and Palace. Everything was as described in the property and the apartment itself is very well decorated and comfortable. The owner sent very helpful check in information to make it a smooth process of accessing the apartment. We were slightly concerned with previous reviews about the apartment being quite noisy however this really wasn’t an issue. Yes you can hear the buzz of the street passing by when the windows are open which was actually quite nice to hear however with the windows and shutters closed at night with the air con on it drowns out a lot of noise. I would 100% stay here again if I return to Split in the future without hesitation. Thank you for an amazing stay.

The room was on the smaller side for a couple travelling. Because the accommodation is so central, unfortunately, the noise is very loud at night time especially because there is a nightclub right outside that finishes at 4am every night with everyone gathering on the street for a singsong.

The accommodation was really central to everything. The facilities were good. Strong shower, comfortable, large bed, good air conditioning.

We loved the property and would recommend to any friends or family. It was in a perfect location off the main strip. Lots of delicious restaurants near by. The room was spacious and very clean.

It was really small.. I expected it to be a bit bigger. Also I would prefer to have a small kitchen to cook. This is maybe my mistake as i didn’t think that I would need to cook before I book it, neither I checked if the apartment has a kitchen. I like to eat healthy and the food choices in Split didn’t full-fill my eating preferences. Also, the restaurant prices were very high and didn’t reflect the quality of what was offered.. so be prepared to cook if you are like me🙂

I liked the fact that the property has the best location! It was vey very clean which is the most important thing for me. The instructions for the key was very clear and helpful and was given to me days before I arrived! The best part is the safety that the property has. You have to unlock 2 doors to get into the apartment.

Very nice room in the main street in Split, super central location, but still outsied of the small streets of the old town. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom. plenty of towels provided. Great D16 coffee just few steps from the room.

As expected from a main street, there was a bit of noise from the outside, but I found earplugs worked like a charm. I'm a light sleeper and slept very well during our stay!

The room's location was unbeatable and the bed was very comfy. The host was really helpful and I loved the fact that he left a few pages with recommendations in the room, such as restaurants to try or day trips to take. We found these very useful!

Shower has no door so floods the bathroom floor which is a downside, and due to being on a busy street can get noisy at night.

Overnight parking is expensive- the parking lot doesn't have a daily rate, only an hourly rate , so 2 days ended by being a lot!

Location couldn't be better but bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper as there are bars nearby. ( not an issue for us) Communication with host was fantastic. Room looks brand new as does the bathroom. The bed is sooooo comfortable . Would return.

Could have done with a few more hangers and there was a little street noise from people at night but nothing major.

Location was excellent, bed was super comfy. Tea ,coffee and water in fridge. Lots of towels. Very quiet in the rooms. Room was also large plenty of space to walk around. We also had netflix.
