The location is perfect, a 10-15 min walk to the centre and most meeting points for tours, 5 mins to the station, 5 mins to the beach, 5 mins to a large supermarket, and in the vicinity of some great restaurants (we recommend maestro grill club for the veal and Lola Split for mussels and black risotto). Split is very safe. The room was exactly as pictured, better in fact. It was a good size for a couple, very clean, and quiet at night (unless you're bothered by nature since it is near the beach with seagulls). The bed was comfortable. The shower was modern, with great water pressure, and the bathroom was spacious. We were on the third floor and could reach it using the lift. Marijana, the host, was always quick to respond, helpful and efficient. She had our towels changed right away when requested and kindly stored our luggage for the day since we had an evening flight. Thank you!

Excellent location and very clean and well presented room. Easy walking distance to the old town, bus / train station where we could meet the airport express bus and the ferry port. The room looks to be recently renovated with a new bathroom and plenty of space in both bedroom and bathroom. Any noise outside could be completely blocked with the double-glazed windows and the air-conditioning could be set to almost silent mode.

The hotel was very clean and was cleaned each day of the week I was there. It was an amazing location with a 5 minute walk away from the old town. The hotel was quiet allowing for a good night sleep and easy to check in and out, with easy communication with the host.

The pillows were not great… we didn’t have a good night sleep unfortunately due to this and the water heater in the bathroom being very noisy.

The room itself was so nice and clean, the bathroom was amazing, and the location was also great!! So close to the beach and also very close to the bus station. Marijana was so helpful and friendly and provided great instructions to get into the room.

Location is great to the center or the beach, many nice restaurants nearby, the room cleaning service is also daily. Wonderful experience.

Parking was a challenge but once we found a spot, we didn't move the car. We were only there two days. Though the room was comfortable, if you were sitting at the desk, there wasn't a light over or on the desk but there was a Television. I had to turn on the television to provide light at the desk. Not a huge issue but just some input.

The apartment was located in a nice area. definitely walking distance the the water or the main shopping district. Also, plenty of restaurants within walking distance (less than 1/4 mile). The room was comfortable and the bathroom had a nice shower and amenities. The neighborhood was quiet also. It's a little complex getting into and out of the building and rooms but the instructions were clear and all worked out well.

The host very helpfully told us where we could park for free. However, Split is very busy and free parking isn't guaranteed.

The room was spacious. Great location for the town centre and the beach. Very handy to have a small washing line to dry clothes. Check in instructions very clear. Nice to have the room cleaned every day and the shower was great.
