How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Our apartment is a bit too dark. Also they should have some extra towels in the bathroom (bathroom got very wet bc there was no feet towel). But nothing much we didn’t like, its very nice apartment.
Property is on the great location! Easy communication with property manager and easy check in procedure. When we got in, the air conditioning was running and the room was nice and cool! Very comfortable beds!

Great price. Great location. Owner was very accommodating. Our late night flight was delayed and the owner was totally accommodating on having someone wait for us outside the location (around midnight) in case we couldn't find it. So grateful.

This building was nestled in a wonderful area right across the bridge from Trojir. Everything was within walking distance. The rooms were very large and clean. The owner was amazing and so helpful. We loved it!!

The accommodation is located on the ground floor, while the upstairs apartments are occupied by the locals. One evenig (at the weekend), there was a noise from running children for two hours.
Amazing location in my beloved town TROGIR. Accomadation near shops, restaurants, bar, walking distance to the bus station. Everything without problems. Ante is a very helpgful and nice host. We appreciated early check-in and late check-out. Just awesome holiday. HVALA!

Perfect location to see Trogir and hop on the catamaran at the marina. The host was contactable and available if needed. The room was spacious and clean. English TV channels, good Aircon and comfortable bed. The bathroom was neat and functional. Good shower and hot water. The price for our one night stay was cheap and the accommodation a lovely surprise.

The hot water heater doesn’t last long for the shower. A few tiny ants on the floor, but that’s fairly typical in the summer in warmer places like this.
Great location, Communication was great with the host. Was able to arrange a taxi to the airport very early in the AM.

It was perfectly located for our boat trip out of Trogir Harbor. The rooms were clean and a nice size. The extra bed was a sofa bed. We rented 3 rooms and needed 2 of the sofa beds made up. Only one was done, a minor miscommunication. It was a bit hard to find; the small sign was in the back. However the owner had sent me an email showing with photos the exact location. Unfortunately it wasn’t received until midday on our travel day and we didn’t get it until after we checked in due to our lack of WiFi. Maybe this information could be sent the day before? Again, just a minor miscommunication. This was a well placed location for a visit to Trogir. Parking here is challenging but that is the case wherever you stay in and around Trogir. However, a visit to Trogir is well worth any minor inconvenience. It is a great little town , close to Split but without the hustle and bustle!

Everything was perfect👌
We stayed in this room as it was closer to the airport for travelling home the next day. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We were met at the apartment by the host who was extremely helpful .
