Location in old city was close to everything and so easy to access. Anita was an amazing host and made planning our trip so easy. Would definitely stay again!

We like everything. The kitchen is well-equipped. It would be handy to include a bottle opener.

The entire process was great: check-in/check-out, communication with the host, location, comfort, cleanliness, keyless entry, and noise-free, blackout rooms. Everything! Although communication with the host was only via Booking and WhatsApp, we felt that Anita was always available. Thank you, Anita!

Not suitable for those with mobility issues as our apartment was up two flights of stairs.

Comfort and location of the apartment in Split. Close to all attractions and many excellent restaurants. Our host was extremely helpful, friendly, and accessible!

One thing to be aware of: the stairs are very steep, especially if you're staying on the top floor. Definitely something to consider if you have heavy luggage or any mobility concerns.

Anita was truly the nicest host we encountered on our trip! She sends a super detailed guide well in advance with everything you could possibly need to know about getting there and enjoying your stay. (Full disclosure: I didn’t read it beforehand and got a bit confused, but Anita was so kind, she even video called me on WhatsApp to help me find the place, even though her instructions were totally clear!) The room was great; clean, comfortable, and perfectly located in the heart of the Old Town. It had everything we needed for a short stay. All in all, a fantastic stay with a host who goes above and beyond!

Perfect location. Wonderful and thoughtful hosts. Thanks to the stone building, the room stayed cool even during hot days. The windows face a lively street, but despite that, the noise didn’t disturb our stay or sleep at all.

The problem is the very steep stairs, which made it inconvenient to carry a suitcase to the 4th floor.

the apartment is beautifully decorated, the location is exceptional, in the very center of the old town of Split, yet quiet. I also have to praise the exceptional breakfast at the Fish Mama restaurant, which was a 10+. Great thanks to Anita for her wholehearted help

Central. Like really really central! Spotlessly clean and well appointed. Had everything you needed and more! Beds were very comfortable too! The breakfast place was amazing. So good we went back for dinner. Excellent 👍🏻

The only thing we would suggest improving is the luggage storage. While the host kindly offers the option to leave bags at the reception, it’s an open area without supervision or a locked room, so as travelers we didn’t feel entirely comfortable. We understand it’s a self-check-in property, but a more secure place to leave belongings before check-in or after checkout would make the experience even better.

Great location right in the city center, but surprisingly quiet once the windows are closed. Communication with the host was excellent—fast and helpful. The bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast included at a nearby restaurant was really, really good. We had a great stay overall and would definitely recommend!

The stairs up to the rooms are very steep if you have suitcases, but this was explained in the booking information.

Stairs are tight if on the 3 Ed level so leave suitcase at luggage storage! It’s a Good idea anyway!

Wasn’t a problem for us, but the only access to the room was up some steep stairs so was hard to carry luggage up.

Great location to the old town, marina and not too far from the beach! Super comfortable and the host was amazing and was really quick with responding to any questions! The website she has made was incredibly informative and helpful :)

A lovely big room with a huge bathroom in a great central location. Surprisingly bright, even though there is a lack of natural daylight as the windows face a wall. Would definitely stay again.

Lots of stairs to get up to the top room (we were ok with this but it could be an issue if you have reduced mobility). Although it was not a great issue, the curtains could be improved.

Great location in the city center. Very friendly host, helped us check in early and store our luggage there. Room was nice and had AC.
