Great facilities, cat welcomed me on arrival, good shower, such a cosy bed, I fell asleep immediately.

What I have missed there was table and eating utensils. I think that knife, fork, spoon and at least one plate should be “must have” in facilities like this. Also there was missing some string for drying clothes. Worth to mention is that parking is not part of the accommodation facilities and that you need to take care for your own parking around (sometimes is not comfortable because season is on its peak and there was not many parking available).

Location was awesome, Ana was very responsive and helpful. Place was very very clean and very tidy. Accommodation is very close to the city center and to the beach which is amazing. There is bakery very close, supermarket, and several dining places around.

Everything was perfect about the room. The owners brought a bottle of wine because A/C would not switch on. This was fixed within 10 minutes of being notified.

The apartment is exactly the same as in the photos! It was very clean and the bed was big and comfortable . The location is in the center. The host was friendly and helpful!

There was a slight smell in the toilet. The entrance of the building is not very visible. There is a lot of free public parking around the building, but it was difficult to find empty slot.

The owner is very friendly and cooperative. The check-in information was very comprehensive. The place is very clean and the room is nicely decorated. The main entrance of the apartment and the room has codes so no need of the room key

The only thing missing was a hairdryer.

You can tell they've made an effort to make the place comfortable and nice to stay in. Really nice size room and bathroom. Smart TV with screen mirroring really nice to have. Everything you need is within walking distance.

- the sign to the entrance isn’t clear. I accidentally entered a neighbor’s house. - it’s on the ground floor right next to the main street so the noise of cars is a bit loud

The property is a10-15 min walk on a slight incline from the port. An Uber costs around E8. The rooms were all comfortable and beautifully clean.

The entrance to the building looked a little shabby but that had no influence on our enthusiasm for staying at this property.

Our communication with Ana was excellent and we were very fortunate to also meet her and her husband. Locating the property was easy and we had no problem finding a place to unload our rental car close to the entrance. The codes that Ana sent us on What's App helped us quickly enter the property and we were very pleased by how new and modern our spacious room was. It's absolutely beautiful with a large and stunning bathroom. We loved the very comfortable king sized bed and how cozy and private the room felt. The location was perfect for exploring Split and enjoying the nearby beaches.
