Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The location was excellent—just a 7 to 10-minute walk to the main city center. The room was comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious, which added to the overall comfort of the stay. The property was clean and well-maintained throughout. Host was responsive and check-in was smooth. Amenities provided were adequate for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

It was at a convenient location the host was very communicative. There’s no iron in the room messaged them and they left an iron and ironing board for us in our room. Good communication through WhatsApp. The room was clean bed was comfy had good air conditioning it was a comfortable stay

AustraliaLocation we thought it was an average area. Was hard to find maybe that was our vpn, but we did help a few people find the rooms. Room located in a large old apartment block- with 5 other rooms. Sound proofing was not great. We did not see staff, just heard them cleaning. Room was not serviced daily- would be good to have information where to dispose of rubbish.
Its new, air-conditioning was 10/10. Great shower. Close to town- old city 600-700meters. Bus stop 10 minute walk. Good organisation by host via whats app.

The room was perfect as described. Dino was really helpful during the stay. The location is central at 5 minutes from the historical center and 10 minutes from the port and the Riva. Split is a wonderful city and is a good place to explore Croatia by bus or by boat. The room is in a quiet street.
