Air con was slightly noisy which didn’t bother me at all but my sister is a lighter sleeper and did notice it.

Great location, local restaurants and small supermarket and great public transport link with short journey to old town.

There wasn’t a thing we didn’t like about this property.

The property was very clean, comfortable and very tastefully decorated. Ideally located for the shops and beach and the proprietors were very helpful throughout our holiday from sending us a list of restaurants in the area and buses we should take to get about. They also arranged our transport to the airport. We would return again in a heart beat.

The room was stunning! Lots of space, incredible air conditioning and the bed was super comfy. It was exactly as the pictures show and the terrace was lovely to sit out on in the mornings. The location is excellent too, literally seconds away from a bus stop which takes you straight to the old town and the area of Lapad is also really beautiful.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. Andrea gave us a warm and friendly welcome, which made us feel at home right away. As the name Luxury Apartments suggests, the place is truly luxurious, everything was designed and arranged to perfection, with great attention to detail. The apartment was extremely clean and well maintained. We highly recommend staying here!

Nothing, everything was perfect.

I really loved everything about this property! The location was great, very convenient and peaceful. The facilities were excellent — everything was clean, well-maintained, and made with care. There was even a private parking space, which made things so easy. But the highlight for me was the hosts — incredibly friendly, welcoming, and truly thoughtful. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests and go above and beyond to make the stay comfortable. I was truly impressed and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!

Great location, close to the beach, shops, restaurants, and close to the bus stop to get into the city . There is a lovely bakery across the road. Very spacious and comfortable room and loved the outside area. The hosts were lovely and helped us whenever we had any questions or needed anything for our room.

Nothing, everything was perfect. Highly recommended.

The room is amazing. Very nice, new, clean and comfortable. It has everything you need. The bed was really comfortable, and the shower was excellent. The air conditioning worked perfectly and the coffee machine and the iron were very useful. We really enjoyed our stay. Andrea and Mislav are wonderful hosts. They give us suggestions for places to visit and good ideas for nearby restaurants. Andrea was also amazing in helping us with the transfer to the airport at 4 am. We had a very early flight so she arranged everything and Mislav drove us to the airport. Outstanding! We had an amazing time. Thank you so much Andrea and Mislav for everything!

Don't think there was anything we disliked during our stay.

The room was super clean. Andrea was so helpful and it was a convenient location for us to stay in as we were leaving via ferry the next day. My wife was sick with food poisoning at the time and Andrea continued to check up on us and give us recommendations for pharmacies/hospitals if we needed it. She also allowed us to check in half an hour lately which was really helpful and to leave our bags behind on our checkout day until it was time for us to leave.

The room was extremely comfortable with lots of high tech elements. We particularly liked that the front door was coded so we didn’t have to worry about a key to get in. The location was brilliant and we were able to walk down to the beach and all the bars and restaurants with ease. Mislav and Andrea were incredible hosts. Our flight was delayed by 3 hours and Mislav still came to pick us up late at night and was ready with bottles of water. They were great at recommending lovely places to eat and booked a table for us. They were easy to get hold of and nothing was too much trouble. On our last day Andrea presented us with a framed picture of Dubrovnik which was such a thoughtful gift. We couldn’t recommend them as hosts and their rooms more!

Andrea and Mislav were fantastic hosts, they were very attentive and at the same time not at all intrusive. The room was beautifully designed with a Smart TV on the wall for lounging with some Netflix on the lazy days of our holiday. The space was impeccably clean and beautifully presented. We felt so welcome and comfortable. The room has a coffee machine and we loved enjoying our morning coffee on the balcony in the warm morning sunshine. There is also a lovely bakery directly across the road for morning pastries. The bathroom is laid out beautifully and Andrea also left hair straighteners, hair dryer and curling tongs in the draw. Their family also have a horse ranch where we went horse back riding with Andreas sister and met her mother. Both were very warm, friendly and hospitable. And it was something different away from the touristy areas of the old town. A lovely way to see the mountains and countryside. There are many restaurants nearby all with friendly staff and great food, and a beach about 20 mins walk away. The old town is stunning and only a 20 min Uber ride away - there is so much to do! Make sure you visit Taj Mahal restaurant for incredible Bosnian cuisine. Luxury rooms by Andrea is the perfect distance from old town and excursions. We felt relaxed and vert well catered for, we would recommend Luxury rooms by Andrea to anyone looking to visit Dubrovnik.

I had the opportunity to visit Dubrovnik at the end of April and chose this luxury room for my accommodation. My experience was really great. The house is located in a central spot in the Lapad area. It is very important that there is parking spot available for the car since I traveled by road. My communication with the hosts was exemplary. They helped me with anything I needed and really made it easy for me. The room is contemporary, modern and has many options. Clean, with a balcony which I loved and a great bed. Quiet although centrally located and very well equipped inside. Excellent choice for the city of Dubrovnik. Really thank you for your hospitality :)
