The apartment was clean and fresh with all the things you could possibly need for a self catering stay. There are lots of supermarkets nearby to get all you need Luciano is a very good host and is always there to help if you need anything 😊

I got used to the walks up and down hills, good as it keeps you fit 😁 But if you are less mobile this might not be the place for you .

This has been the best stay I've had in Europe, Croatia was incredible and so beautiful. Luciano was an amazing host who gave great recommendations of places to see and made sure that I was always taken care of. The thing I liked most about the property was its location and breathtaking views.

Very clean room with great amenities

The room was nice and clean. The host Luciano was very nice and helpful during our stay. Easy to access new beach around 15min walk and Split city also around 10-15min away with uber/taxi.

We could hear other guests in the common area when trying to sleep but it was not a big deal. Notice not fully own area but a room in an apartment.

We had a wonderful stay at this place! Luciano is an amazing host — always available, kind, polite, and truly dedicated to making guests feel welcome. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and very well located. You can reach the beach in just 10 minutes on foot, and you're also just a short walk from all the main attractions in Split, including the Riva promenade. The location is perfect for exploring the city. In a town where accommodation prices are often high compared to the quality offered, this place stands out as a great value and a reliable choice. Me and my friend had a pleasant stay at the apartment. It was very clean and near the new Žnjan Beach. It was comfortable and with everything you need for a perfect vacation. Thank you very much, we will come back for sure!

Everything was amazing, the place was always clean and the room was very comfortable!! It’s a great location, you can walk to the beach, supermarkets, bakery, and pharmacy. Old town is just a few minutes away and Uber was affordable and easy. The hosts were awesome, they received us, helped with our luggage, and explained valuable information about the city. I could not recommend this place enough… if we’re ever back in Split, we will definitely be staying here again.

The apartment is located on the 4th floor, offering a wonderful view of the sea and mountains with blond clouds. At the entrance, on the right, there is one room and a large kitchen-studio with a balcony. Straight down the hallway, there is another room, and if you turn left, there are two more rooms. A total of 4 rooms. Each room has all the amenities - a balcony, shower, toilet, boiler, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, double bed, bedside tables, table with chairs, lamps, blinds, towels. In general, there is everything for a perfect holiday. You do not need to take dishes with you. Plates, spoons, forks, cups, etc. are at your disposal. Excellent location of the apartment, 10 minutes walk to the beach Znjan. But in this 2024, there is construction there, so I went to the neighboring beach Trstenik. It is 5 minutes from this beach. The beach is pebbly, so be sure to take water shoes with you. Separately, I would like to note the wonderful manager of this hotel - Luciano. He met me, walked me to the apartment, even allowed me to check in earlier than expected. He told me about all the sights of this city and its surroundings. Every day he keeps everything in order and clean - he washes and cleans so that vacationers feel good and comfortable. Thank you for the vacation, Luciano. There is a TOMMY supermarket 100 meters away. It is both a bakery and a supermarket. McDonald's and a Ribola supermarket are 300 meters away. If you want hot, high-calorie food at an affordable price, I recommend the Domanska Kuca restaurant. For 10-15 euros, the portion is enough for two. The vacation was great, I will recommend it to everyone.

Personally, for me, there were no cons. But someone may be irritated by the conversations of neighbors in the corridor. But this is in all hotels. I wish you good, adequate neighbors.

We stayed here for 5 days and had a wonderful and calm time. The place is clean, bed is comfortable and every room gets their own bathroom (if you lucky also a balcony 😜). The kitchen is shared, but cleaned everyday and there also a dishwasher so no need for cleaning dishes. What we liked the most was the owner. He was very cheerful and friendly person, showed as every little detail of the apartment and gave us lots of advices for traveling in Split.

We had a lovely stay. Our room was nice and big as was the bathroom. Everything was clean and tidy all around and we liked it.

The apartments are very clean, fresh, minimum noise. The sea is very close. Also, the entire infrastructure is within walking distance. Perfect for relaxing!

Host of the apartment was very nice, answered all my questions about the apartment and even gave few advices on my stay. Place very clean, and comfortable. Would like to point that AC was quiet and working very well. The presence of other quests was barely noticable. I would definately advise to stay in this place and would be happy to stay here again. :)

The location was excellent for beachs. Very responsive, friendly and helpful staff, even before the arrival if I had any questions they answered asap.  the apartment was perfectly clean,well equipped. Beautiful, comfortable and spacious room with everything we needed for our stay. 

Everything was good, appartement clean and modern . There are 4 rooms in the apartment , but our neighbours were very kind and friendly people. At kitchen you can find everything for cooking at home. Bed was comfortable, also spacious balcony. There are 2 supermarkets in walk less 5 mins distance. The host was very friendly and explained everything correctly. I can recommend this place .

The House Is very cozy and clean, equipped with all necessary accessories. Luciano Is very very kind! The position Is convenient for getting around by bus or Uber.

Such a comfortable place with a very accommodating host. Great for couples as you also get to meet other couples staying in the other rooms. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend

This apartment is very clean, modern and good furnished. Not only our room and the private bathroom but also the kitchen had everything needed including very good WiFi. The host is very friendly and helpful if you have a question or need something. The interaction with other guests has been pleasant and we met good and interesting people, so you can easily mix privacy and "socializing". The house has an elevator. One of the best beaches in Split can be reached within 15 minutes walking and there is also a convenient transport connection to the city center, so you can pretty well combine relaxation, sightseeing, shopping, dining and clubbing. The house itself and the neighborhood of the house has been clean, safe and quite. There is also an artificial grass football pitch and an outdoor work out area near the house as well as several supermarkets.

The place is extremely clean, in a perfect condition, everything looks new like purchased yesterday. The bathroom is private for each room, which is amazing. The host is super kind and friendly, helps with everything. This is what a word “care” stands for.

The personnel was so good, Luciano is so welcoming and friendly he even let our suit bags in a safe place in the last day because we had the flight late at night, I highly recommend this place for everyone coming to split.

The host Luciano was great. Gave us all the necessary information to get the most from our stay. Easy bus route into Split.

Can’t say we were disappointed with anything.
