Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United KingdomThe apartment is at the top of the building and many flights of stairs. There is no lift. This would not suit families with young children or anyone who struggles with 100 steps. The orange tile bathroom was not good. Toilet flush was on top of cistern and could only be reached by someone over 5 foot 7 inches There was a horrible smell in the bathroom. This apartment was good value for the area. Even though it had faults, there were plenty of positives.
Location couldn't have been better. Everything was less than 2 minute walk away. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. The kitchen and living area were spacious. The beds were quite comfortable. Lot's of towels and toilet roll.

United KingdomApartment needs updating. Bedside socket not working in main bedroom. No hooks to hang towels up in bathroom. Water on the floor from shower all the time. Can’t reach the flush in one of the bathrooms. Had to stand on the bath to flush.
Great view. Owner bought hangers for us as there were 6 in the apartment and only 4 hangers! Plenty of bath towels.

Several flights of stairs to apartment so not ideal for anyone unfit or who might struggle Toilet flush in main bathroom on top of cistern so difficult to locate and hard to reach for anyone under 6 foot. Sliding door to balcony difficult to open without it coming out of the tracks and then hard to shut, owner did warn us to be careful but needs repairing as meant we kept it shut for our stay.
Great location, central to town. Quiet building with lots of facilities including 2 bathrooms and full equipped kitchen. Plenty of towels supplied

AustraliaMy adult sons a bit too tall for shower in second bathroom so we really ended up with one bathroom. Also while property overall clean lacked a bit of attention to detail (eg rubbish under bed).
The location of this property was exceptional and the owner replied promptly to requests. It was a very spacious apartment and well suited for families. Can not beat the location.

The flat was just as photographed! However... It is up several flights of stairs.. Its on the 4th floor and there isn't a lift. But inside it was clean, and very comfortable. It's location was just perfect... Easy to find with clear instructions from the host. We heard the buzz from the restaurants in the plaza below, and watching the sunrise from the balcony was really rather special 😊

AustraliaBecause it was centrally located, it was noisy so you were unable to have windows open at night. The family members in bedroom 2 and 3 found the rooms hot and stuffy because of this, with portable fans being ineffective. We were concerned about safety as there were some exposed electrical wires. Plus you needed a key to open the gate on the 4th level to get downstairs, so if there was a fire, someone would have to find the correct key (in a panic) to open the gate- this caused concern.
Centrally located to attractions and view from deck was to the bell tower of the cathedral. Communication with the host was answered promptly. Lots of instructions given which need to be followed, especially in relation to the balcony door as it's tricky.

United StatesThere was a heat wave in Europe while we were there, and although there was air conditioning for each room, it worked better in some of the rooms than others.
The apartment is located on a busy pedestrian street, very convenient to the ferry, wonderful restaurants, the Palace, and yet completely quiet once inside. The kitchen is complete, and the rooms comfortable. It was great to have three bedrooms for our multigenerational family.
