I liked the little terrace with a view to the sea, and the outdoors kitchen in a breezy corridor next to the house. Also, the lady at the reception was very friendly and helpful. Bonus: I had booked a dorm bed but got a double room because the dorms were all full.

I didn't realise until the last morning there were multiple wifi accounts so I didn't have good reception (on mobile data or wifi) in the room but it wasn't a big deal and my fault.

I enjoyed my stay, short walk from town, I was in a 4 bed dorm and had the room to myself for 2 nights which was great. Good bathroom in the room, a/c and a locker. Bed was comfortable but top bunk is quite low as you can see in the pictures. There's an outdoor kitchen with all you might need as well. Staff were friendly and onsite in case needed.

Not sure how to lock the lockers but that wasn’t a massive problem

Absolutely loved my stay here. Super friendly staff, In September it wasn’t busy at all so practically a private room, the 4 bed dorm may get a little cramped if full but otherwise the kitchen (outdoor) and bathroom were great. Spacious lockers, close enough to all the main attractions (beaches, port, restaurants) by walking. No complaints thanks guys

Great hostel, the rooms & kitchen are kept clean, the location is very close to the town and the beach, and it has nice and big hanging out areas to chill and relax. Many kittens walk around and it's the cutest!

Wifi downstairs in the kitchen was a bit flakey for video calls, but sitting on the upstairs terrace solved that problem! Cell service is also good anyway so that wasn't an issue.

I had a wonderful stay at Luka's Lodge! I felt treated like family by the staff, and enjoyed my time exploring Hvar! The patio here is nice with an ocean view and everything was very clean. I appreciate that each room has its own AC, mini fridge, and bathroom too! It's a 5 minute walk out of the center, but honestly I didn't mind being up on the hill and it's right next door to the lone yoga studio on the island so that ended up being a perk.

Staff were super sound and very helpful! Rooms were clean and the bathrooms were really nicely done. Big kitchen space outside created a great atmosphere for guests to eat and have a drink together. Would definitely recommend!

The owner moved me to another female room but actually smaller than where I stayed on the first day.

Common area is quite big and kitchen has basically everything you need.

My stay at Luka’s Lodge was a 10/10 experience! The rooms were really clean and comfy. As well as the hostel had a sociable and chilled out atmosphere and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The location is also really handy as it’s close to a couple beaches and the main square where you can grab food and enjoy the night life. Would 100% recommend staying here.

Wifi is not good.

Nice and kind host Korana hepled me with check-in and her valuable recommendations. Good location, room is good, it has a fridge and air-conditioning which helps a lot during the high temperatures in summer. Bed is comfortable and you get sheets and towels. Bathroom, kitchen and terase are nice and clean. Also, cleaning ladys are really nice and they take a good care of the space! I would like to stay here again.

The hostel was one of the best I’ve stayed in. The staff are lovely and so helpful. The rooms are very clean and it is a brilliant location! I will definitely stay here again as a solo traveller as I’ve made so many great friends here.

Showercurtain in the female dorm should be replaced as most of the water left the shower.

I was only there for a night. Everything was fine, check in was friendly. Location a bit up the hill but good to get around by foot!

Had such an amazing time at Lukas Lodge. Rooms were very clean and comfortable and the guest area was a great place to meet new people. Only a short walk away from the main town :)

I was unwell when I reached this property, and they looked after me so much - helped me out constantly and were so kind and welcoming to me as a solo traveller… the location is fantastic, and the rooms are comfy! You must stay here if you’re staying in Hvar.

There was a doublebooking, so they put a mattress on the floor for one person. Since I needed to check out while people were sleeping, it was hard to pack etc. without any space in the room.

Great place and the owner Luka is super friendly. Clean and cozy rooms. Would stay again :)

3 adults. Up a hill. Very hot in hvar. AC had trouble keeping up. Lots of mosquitoes for some reason Very good affordable option
