Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. IsraelThe Japanese restaurant was so expensive, we practically felt we got ripped off. They charged 12 Euros for a bottle of water and 52 Euros for a glass of whisky.
This hotel is one of a kind. Close to perfection. From the design to the location, the breakfast, the beach, the SPA, the rooms, the view. I can keep on but you get the picture. - it's quite remarkable.

SwitzerlandThe beach is small and overcrowded. We preferred to stay in the spa rest area after swimming. Limited dining options. Sushi restaurant service was ridiculously slow: waited over an hour for the food to be served. They also charged almost 12 € for a bottle of water (it’s 7€ at other property restaurants). Pool and beach are shared with a cheeper hotel nearby, which takes away from the high-end experience.
Good location in a lovely cove surrounded by forrest. Comfortable rooms. Great breakfast. Nice beach bar.

AustriaBurger with chicken in Lobby bar was not tasty. A piece of dry chicken in breading, previously cooked and then reheated. This is not acceptable for a hotel of this level. For the remaining evenings we went to the bar in Monte Mulini hotel.
As always very comfortable and clean. Breakfast is good quality and various. Spa and relaxing place near the hotel is amazing . Staff is very helpful and friendly. The beach is clean, comfortable sun beds with big umbrellas. We will come back!

ItalyThe main critical issue is the POOL, actually two pools. Now these pools are shared with neighboring hotel EDEN which is a lower category hotel, still nice. I have been twice in EDEN and everything was OK. Ther point is that groups of unpolite and rude minors are constanlty violating the pool regulations, jumping all over the place. And not only in the water but also from one pool to the other, in a location where the water cascade for neck massage are provided which I was not able to use due to these unpolites elements.

United KingdomOnly one thing and that was the cigarette smoke that drifted into the breakfast room each morning from the outside balcony as the door opened. Go early to breakfast to avoid this.
The View from the room was for us perfect beautiful trees and the sea. Having that large balcony was a bonus especially early morning and at dusk. We like a large comfortable bed and it didn’t disappoint. Bathroom with bath and shower perfect with high end toiletries. The room had every box ticked. Breakfast is a banquet with numerous choices and friendly staff to serve you fresh coffee. Lunch at Oleander was an unexpected treat as was the restaurant off the lobby. All the staff are friendly and professional, clearly like working at this beautiful hotel. Having the wooded peninsula to walk round was a beautiful bonus with its beach cafes, bird song, and glorious wildflowers not to forget that clean clear sea. It’s a special place which will be returned to soon.

United Arab EmiratesThe wellness area is quite small for the size of the hotel and it is quite cramped. Breakfast restaurant is a bit disorganized and it is a bit difficult to find a seat. Rooms are becoming a bit dated.
The Lone Hotel is quite an experience… very modern, sleek and inviting. Beautiful location, unreal architecture, wonderful landscaping, and amazing views from the room. Beach and nature just a few steps away! Rooms are spacious and it looks like all of the rooms have a balcony. Bathrooms have both a bathtub and a shower cabin. Bathroom amenities are solid quality. Breakfast buffet is delicious, covering variety of cuisines. Outdoor pool and hotel beach are super convenient. Housekeeping staff is detailed and organized. Reception staff is welcoming, efficient, and helpful. Checking in was a breeze. Restaurant staff super kind & polite. Spa staff is amazing.
